Let me just say when you go to a spa on vacation, it should be relaxing not a painful and stressful experience. I left with pain in my back after the so called relaxation massage and when I complained about it they would only drop the service 35%. I would know a good massage from a bad massage as my niece is a massage therapist and I also get therapeutic massages once a month in my home town. This spa wants to give me a free massage the next time I come in there! Seriously! I live in NY state, why would I come back for a free massage, this should have been offered at the time of service. If you want a relaxing experience this is not the place. And by the way, who starts a massage face up? This place did after my friend had her massage in the same room, I wondered why there was no face cradle when I went in for my massage. The owner say this photo was after, but it wasn't it was before the massage. I bet they didn't even change the linens before my massage because it was the same room my friend had her massage in, hers was a stone massage. She also had a different therapist. Mine was a man and it was unexpected, I was under the impression we would have the same therapist. And as another person mentioned my friend didn't get offered a wrap and robe she had to fully dress between her services. Went on a Sunday ! Fabulous. Serenity was my massage therapist she was really good and definitely got my knots out. The front desk was very sweet and helpful throughout my visit. The foot detox followed by some relaxing time in the salt cave. I fell asleep I was very relaxed. Then ended with 30 minutes in the sauna and shower. Left feeling like a new man. I have a special event tomorrow and wanted to treat myself to a couple beauty treatments and it's been an absolute nightmare. The manager will not return my phone call. I'm completely devastated. Please do not go here, save yourself. The owner had her staff contact me and say they would only refund my money if I took this review down so not only are they incompetent and harmful in there spa practice but they are unethical and using coercion to control their social media reviews run the other way. read more

Raoul needs a promotion. I get massages every 2 weeks in Fort Lauderdale for years now and nobody I have had, can come close to the massage I had with Raoul. He was extremely professional asked me questions to ensure he took care of all my needs prior to even touching me. The room was clean and smelled amazing with smoothing music in the background. Then the massage started OMG he gives you enough strength to take care of all your aches but is gentle enough for you to actually enjoy your massage. This place could be five stars EASILY. We did yoga in the salt cave which was unique and different. It was so tranquil, but at the end the instructor said she forgot to put the salt on. I mean don't even tell us. Then we were supposed to get pedicures, but something happened so just my one friend got one. They offered my other friend a detox bath. The presentation of the detox foot bath was not inviting, but after coaxing my friend, she got it. It was supposed to be complimentary because of the limited staff and then they tried to charge her. They did offer us mimosas which was a nice touch. They have unique services and have the ability to create memorable experiences. We all loved the yoga. It's all about presentation and execution. This place has the goods and services to be the hottest place in Naples, but they just need better presentation and execution. I firmly believe it will happen. read more

I went with my friend for a last minute massage followed by the salt cave. After we were finished and got home, I noticed that the jewelry that I had taken off for the massage along with money was missing!!! I called the spa and they said they looked around but didn't find anything. I asked to speak to the owner and was told she would call me. I called back over the next three days and never received a returned call! They were not very helpful at all and pretty much gave me a very hard time. I filed a police report and after a few weeks heard from the detective. They lied to him. The owner said she had spoken to me and I told her that I might have misplaced my jewelry along with other wrong info! Total lies! Anyway......... this is a very shady business! I went with a friend and each purchased the same 3-service package. We had completely different experiences. Mine was that I was led to the massage room and had an okay massage and told get dressed to wait in the lobby to be called for my facial. The person giving my facial was blunt and upsold me to a ~$200 service (my fault). I was then told to get dressed and go to the salt cave. My friend remained in her massage room in her wrap, led to her facial room and offered a discount card for future services. She was then offered a robe to go to the salt cave. My hopes of having a relaxing spa experience (after multiple recommendations from a locals Facebook group) were dashed. I did not feel valued as a guest and was not left feeling zen-like after any of my services. It was clunky and I know it could have been better based on my friend's experience. read more

I had a spiritual healing with True & took her sound bath healing class. The class was beyond what I thought it would be and I have taken many before at other places, in many states. This was the best. True is a wise soul in a young body! I appreciated how present she was with me. I felt like I could open up to her about anything on my mind. It was a very therapeutic, mind, body and soul calming experience. I also really enjoyed her yoga class. I learned new Mudras that I will be practicing from now on. Her voice & guidance through poses was very soothing. The sound bath was incredibly relaxing. Overall, the staff was prompt, caring and attentive. This place is very unique and wonderful. I got the tour of the place which is really cool as it has a salt cave, infrared sauna, massage rooms (which double as other skin treatment rooms), mani/pedi area, crystal area, lockers, and more. I was greeted with a mimosa with fresh fruit and water. I booked the infrared sauna and it was so awesome...it's not as hot as a regular sauna and the lights that are emitted from the sauna have great benefits. I also booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage. It was THE BEST massage ever. My therapist was Mauro. I highly recommend him. Professional, courteous, witty and has great hands...he was able to get the knots out of my traps. Not an easy thing to accomplish. Overall great place! read more

Birthday girl had a great meditative session in the salt cave while I had a massage by Mauro! Mauro did an amazing job in listening to what was ailing me.
