Third floor condo - we ordered all, they bought everything up three flights of steps ( 950 square feet) - after carpet was up they noted flooring was off, and LV was not an option unless floor floated. They were great to work with throughout the entire process, from architectural and engineering plans, permitting, and the actual construction. The project manager, Sergiy, and foreman, Bogdan, were very honest, helpful, and responsive every step of the way. The project was completed pretty much on budget (with only a couple of unforeseen issues outside of their control) and on time. We love the results, and several people have commented that the addition looks like it should have been there all along. We can't recommend Wise Choice highly enough!

In the past, we have had challenges with contractors cutting corners on quality, taking way longer than expected and continually raising the price. Working with the Gentry's was the opposite of our past horror stories. They finished when they said they would, they ensured it looked excellent and they were totally honest and upfront about the price.
