Studio was warm but not too hot and fit around 8 students with plenty of room. At the end we had the option to get some essential oils on our wrists which was amazing to feel like i was taking the experience with me. The instructors are amazing too. They offer a student and senior discount so be sure to ask if you qualify for either. This is a HOT yoga studio so be prepared to sweat. That took a little getting used to but I love the variety and times that classes are offered. You're not limited to one club either. You can take classes at any of their other Core Power studios. Instructors are amazing here. Facilities vary location to location but this space is small. Sometimes you feel like you're on top of each other if it's crowded but I've gotten used to that. It's a tight held community and I'm so glad I'm part of it.

Both very different but equally wonderful. The studio is in a strip mall, but once you enter the front doors it's like it's own kind of paradise. They offer free tea and water, there is plenty of cubby storage for your things, and everyone is very welcoming and helpful. The only downside is that the smaller room gets a little cramped when the class is full, but the instructors handle it in stride and makes jokes about not tickling each other's feet. I have felt a slight air of judgement a few times from others in the class, but that can't be held against the studio, and I try my best to ignore it since I'm only there for myself (they're probably just jealous of my amazing savasana skills!) This place really is a wonderful break from the world, and I'm so glad they offer the free week to try all of the classes out!
