Another 13 has been my signature since 2018 or 2019. But Bergamote22, Lys41, Ambrette9, the'noir29, santal33, are exceptionally blended fragrances and will always be in my collection. Recently I mailed my empty Another 13 100ml perfume bottle for their refill service. To my disappointment the refill of Another 13 (refilled in HP Los Angeles) was not well done and the quality I have grown accustomed. I reached out to Le Labo Dallas (highland park) with my concern with the less than quality refill. Store Manager Jesse promptly responded and agreed to reformulate by Another 13 100ml bottle at no additional cost. Yes, I will always shop this location. Thanks Jesse and your Le Labo team.
