The manager says no I can't do that you need your receipt have to return them I said I'm not looking to return them I want them I just have two left shoes and There is a box with two right shoes. Even her associates was explaining to her in Spanish all I was trying to do and she kept shaking her head and she page for the lady that runs the department. Nobody came up in the so-called manager told me that I would need my receipt before I could exchange or return them. The sad part is I bought it on my credit card, and I wasn't looking to return them, but she wasn't willing to help at all, even when I associate let her know that's all I was trying to do. Definitely not a customer friendly manager, and should maybe reconsider the position that she's in. Because she's not meant to deal with customers or help them when all they're wanting to do is have the correct shoes that was bought.

Surprisingly, there was a unhoused gentleman having some kind of altercation with himself just outside the store as I was leaving. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Windsor location, went in the middle of the day…read morearound 1pm on a weekday. I had two girls with me only one was dress shopping and there were maybe 2-3 other customers in the store. The dress we wanted only had one size left on the floor, a small which was a little tight and short for our liking. There was one other dress left in the store on the mannequin in a medium that we wanted to try on. The girl in the dressing room went to ask someone else if we could get the dress of the mannequin to which we were initially told no. The dress was final sale so obviously we would like to try on the other size before spending $60. The girl at the register was refusing to help us get the dress off the mannequin saying she "didn't have time." She suggested we could come back another time when she would have time to help us, we had a 45 min drive to this location. I asked for the manager, she then replied she was the manager. I asked for a number to call to complain about her customer service to which she refused to provide a number and also stated they "aren't allowed to tell customers their names." So to the 'manager' at the register with the food in her braces I don't appreciate your unwillingness to help a teenager find a well-fitting dress in her size for homecoming. At this point she started to get frustrated with me asking for a number to complain so she decided to go forcefully remove the dress off the mannequin for my daughter to try on. It took her about two minutes of throwing parts of the mannequin around and talking about me to the one other employee in the store to get the dress. The dress fit nicely, and we did purchase the dress before leaving. I will not return to this location, Frisco or Allen would be a much better choice for those looking for actual customer service. I am only giving two stars because the girl in the fitting room was nice and doesn't deserve to be led by such a terrible and unwilling 'manager.'

When I went to front to collect my online order, they (this blonde girl) kept asking me to verify my identity even after showing them the email. (Why?) Okay, sure maybe it's their job to ask like 4 times. Maybe I'm reading into too much. Then after, I asked if I could go try on the clothes to make sure it was all fine. The lady rudely said "Yeah sure but I'm gonna mark it as picked up so if something doesn't work you're gonna have to just to a return." with a rude undertone and didn't even show me where the fitting rooms were, I had no clue I just wandered around looking for it. She also seemed annoyed and rolled her eyes at me. Like sorry I want to make sure the stuff I get actually fits before leaving? At other AE stores, they typically let me try it on then if everything's okay, they'll mark it as picked up. And they're actually nice about it!!! Even if this is right way to do it and the other stores have been doing it wrong, there's no need to be rude. The shorts I tried on were too big so I went to return them, when I got out of the changing room, all the employees left and I stood at the check out line for like 10 minutes before looking for someone. I get if you're having a rough day but don't take it out on people just trying to go about their lives, please. There's no need to ruin others days too.

I sent them the product and then they took about two months only to come back and say the return is denied because the item is not new with tags. So they don't stand behind their quality and they don't care about customer satisfaction. Don't waste your money. They think they can stand behind a reputation that was built on values that they no longer uphold. It's like a bait and switch.
