I booked with Shae for deep tissue therapy as another reviewer mentioned her effectiveness.. I highly recommend trying this place if you have stubborn knots, trigger points that need someone with experience to help you get them out. Shae was great to talk to and even the conversation helped me relax. Seriously, treat yourself to a visit here. Definitely will be back again soon. I can certainly say that I have come to the right place for the past 3 months with an hour massage of Relaxation and afterwards feeling much Rejuvenation. I have received one Swedish and two Deep Tissue massages from a professional massage therapist named Jessica. Before a session she will ask what areas are tight and in need which is reassuring and comforting. She has helped my low back degeneration pain along with easing up the joint pain in my hands, neck, shoulders and legs from a housekeeper job of 6 months which I quit. Then when I was in physical therapy for 12 sessions too. This luxurious spa is Very Welcoming upon checking in at the front desk along with a very clean environment. Throughout are smells of lavender and spearmint aromatherapy scents in rooms and waiting areas to help calm and relieve stress before during and after my appointments. They do take walk-ins but only with available massage therapists. She even directly asked me if I was going to tip (while I was still putting my clothes on). That was weird and poor customer service. She watched me pull out my wallet, and as I went through my bills, she had the nerve to complain that I only tipped her $10. She said "only $10, what about that $20?". Excuse me? Who are you talking to...? I should have never tipped her. The fact that she did not give me any privacy, and then had the audacity to ask for MORE money after delivering a sub-par massage... ridiculous. Did I forget to mention that it was even a full hour, too? I laid down at 5:30 and she stopped at 6:20... if I am paying $80 for an hour, I would like an hour. Recently, I opted to receive a medium intensity massage. Honestly, I didn't notice anything different. It was still pretty intense. I suppose I can request a light massage in the future, but I really need deep tissue massage by the time I break down and finally decide to part with my money. They take both credit cards and cash. They accept walk-ins. I always call ahead, although recently I have been using text messages to schedule my appointments. I typically get hour or hour and a half appointments.
