A short drive later, I was enjoying an hour long foot massage. This helped me. A lot. This foot massage was like a breath of fresh air. My arch, still sore from the charley horse, was grateful for the attention. Even in-between my toes, which I didn't realized could be sore... but hey. I learned something new.
