From the minute I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Greeted by the owner and his staff, and was immediately impressed. Puppy was done in a little over 2 hours and while she was ready to leave, she was happy and not traumatized as she has been at previous groomers. She normally shakes like a leaf when I drop off/pickup, but there was none of that this time. Wonderful clean place. Owner and staff showed excellent customer service. I will be back with my pup. So I save some money on grooming because it is about 3 months before she needs another shave down. This last time they had a new person that I made an appointment with for a face trim, nails and my dog's back end. I repeated it twice what I wanted done. She clipped her nails in a back room and then I had to ask her to trim her face. She claimed she didn't know what I wanted. When I brought my dog home I noticed she didnt do her back end either. I then called to say what wasnt done again. Same response. Not professional. Don't make excuses. Apologize for the error and make amends. Since they couldn't be professional and own up to the error I will now find someone that actually does professional grooming

Carol has us bring him in, in the early morning to avoid our cat having to deal with the noise of the dogs, which I think is very considerate, since this is an already stressful situation for most animals. Carol always does such a great job, shows a lot of patience and does what we weren't able to do...get our kitty to stay still during the process. Carol also runs the Furminator through our cat to smooth out his back and tail. He always looks so handsome when she's done and I have no doubt he is so much more comfortable during the summer months.
