From the minute I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and friendly. Greeted by the owner and his staff, and was immediately impressed. Puppy was done in a little over 2 hours and while she was ready to leave, she was happy and not traumatized as she has been at previous groomers. She normally shakes like a leaf when I drop off/pickup, but there was none of that this time. Wonderful clean place. Owner and staff showed excellent customer service. I will be back with my pup. They said they'd look into it and get back to me. They never did. I had to go somewhere else. It has been over two months and they still have never gotten back, apologized, offerred a different groomer, or anything. I am not going back, but I am not going away quietly.
