I found Peaceable Groomer at that time and was thrilled with the one on one attention and my dog was manageable during the sessions. I moved and recently moved back and was overjoyed to find Peaceable Groomer still in operation. My dog is now 13 and still a nervous wreck when he has to be groomed but Lynn is so patient and takes all the time necessary to be sure it is a good experience for my dog and for me too. He looks fabulous after the groom, he even wanted to come back there and did not want to go home because he met friends there. She is very nice and will try to get you a time slot that works for you. Every puppy has a plush-chino when they visit. She has a skill that makes my boy stay still when getting groomed because he never stays still at home while we try to clean his eyes or even cut his nails. I don't know how she did it, or what she did. I would love to see a picture of my boy on the grooming table while she was doing his hair cut or at the bathtub while they were bathing him, just like the other puppy's pictures that she posted on her Instagram. Unfortunately, she did not have pictures of my boy even though it was his first time ever getting groomed. I gave her 4 stars instead of 5 stars because: 1st of all, they forgot to cut 2 thumbnails of my puppy. I didn't notice that until we got home and he scratched me while playing. As a professional groomer, they should check the puppy nails if they miss any nails. 2nd of all, they did not have any picture of my puppy during the grooming section. I talked with her about it on Instagram and asked if they could take a picture or do a short video of my boy during the groom, she said yes. Unfortunately, when she finished my boy, she did not get any pictures as I expected. She got a picture of my boy relaxing as she said, but it did not look clear and good as expected after she edited it. I know that she was busy and trying to be on schedule, but I saw she posted on her Instagram the other dog's pictures during / after grooming. Many groomers got the picture/ videos of the puppy for owners but I guess she did not do it for my boy. I was disappointed a bit because I thought she would do it for a puppy that was getting groomed for the first time ever.
