The individuals with whom we have spoken, I assume are representing this business, have been unhelpful, rude and uncooperative. The most recent problem was that an entire load of our sheets, pillowcases and towels went missing and no one will take responsibility. We have severed our business relationship and instructed our Treasurer to no longer permit this business to charge services to our corporate credit card account. I definitely would NOT recommend this business.

LaundryUp is a bar with laundry services, which is pretty cool, but sometimes you just need a chill, clean, regular laundromat and this is that spot. I cannot even begin to tell you the amount of compliments I received on my wedding dress and I felt absolutely beautiful in it the whole day. When I first contacted The Sewing Shop, I had already been in contact with several other shops that were too busy to take on my requested services. My phone call was excellent with such friendly demeanor, and all three of my visits were fun and enjoyable. I had no idea my dress needed as much work as it did and they still took on the project even after I misled them saying I only needed a slight alteration. The cost of the alterations were a bit too expensive but you are paying for the quality of work and years worth of experience from this husband and wife couple! The only thing that happened with my dress was that the bustle kept breaking buttons off the back of my dress but I believe this was entirely tied to how heavy my train was and how much jumping around dancing I was doing. The bustle before some buttons snapped was perfectly placed and the perfect length for me to walk around comfortably!
