I hired this company to install thousands of Christmas lights at my rental property under a tight…read moreschedule. Reasons for not hiring this company: #1 Severely overpriced, and job should easily have been done in less than 1 day, according to other xmas light companies that stopped by to repair their damage #2 Not safety conscious at all, no harness to prevent falling off the roof. #3 Can't understand or follow directions -- I had 9 outlets installed specifically for this job. They decided they were only going to use 1 outlet for 26000 lights, then the lights wouldn't come on or stay on. I explcitedly stated they were severely overloaded. I pointed out exactly what I wanted done 14 aborvites, 300 feet of fence, front of house. They showed up with no plans to do the aborvites. I should have fired them at that point. #4 Several burn marks now exist on my siding. Due to overloaded circuits. #5 Wires are melted and burnt beyond recognition. These clowns belong in jail. I had 4 other xmas light companies in the last 3 days, come by and they all said this company is a fire hazard. Poor quality work, running wires on grass with no covers or plates to protect, knowing I have a lawn care company scheduled to do work 3 more times. Using an antiquated timers, that can't handle lamp lights. I removed those immediately and put out real times with a set time 4pm to10pm. Sorry xmas lights are only on 6 hours a day, people need lamp lights to get to their cars without falling on ice or on walkways or steps.Those lamp lights are on for safety as there are no street lights on my street. With the help of electricians, and other xmas light companies, wires were redone and separated and 5 timers are now in place. Other lights were removed permanently. The lights on your roof are required to be 18 inches apart, mine are 6 inches apart, 8 inches apart and 12 inches apart. They couldn't even do that right. Stay away from this company.
