After spending over a thousand dollars for wedding party hair and makeup, it did not even last until the pre-ceremony pictures because of how hot and sweaty everyone on the bus was. It was so uncomfortable, and was a horrible experience. To try to fix the air, the bus driver tried to call the company, who did not help at all, and we were instructed to call back after the wedding to request a refund. After the wedding, we did call and were not granted a refund after lots of back and forth with the company. If you value your wedding day look (hair, makeup, etc) DO NOT book Cleveland Taxi Limo. If something goes wrong, they will do nothing to fix it.

Not being from the area, she googled transportation to the airport at 3:30 AM, gave Danny a call and made a reservation. She probably texted him a dozen times, paranoid that something may go wrong and she and her dad would miss this opportunity of a lifetime. Danny was very kind and patient, and assured and reassured her that it would be fine. Well it was better than fine. Toni was their driver who was actually 7 minutes early for the 2:45AM pickup after confirmation texts the day before and another one when he was on his way. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, Toni opened our doors for us, he chatted with us about the area and his different jobs and his skating and the trip, even though it wasn't a very long one to begin with, was over in a blink.
