My brother is very research-oriented and had a lot of detailed questions, and since Chris was our third bid, we had accumulated even more questions along the way. Chris took the time to explain everything clearly and in depth. It was obvious that Chris truly knows his craft. He educated us on many aspects of water treatment. Also, he's a licensed plumber, and we wanted to make sure we went with a company that's either licensed for plumbing or water treatment--preferably plumbing.
