We didn't want to begin the remodel without first addressing the hard water issue, so we started calling companies to get bids for a water softener system. My brother is very research-oriented and had a lot of detailed questions, and since Chris was our third bid, we had accumulated even more questions along the way. Had a great experience with LA Water Solutions. We're in Altadena with very hard water and got their Titan Hybrid filter and softener with an RO system at the sink. During the estimate, Chris took his time to answer all our questions and test our water. The test he ran agreed with the lab tests we had done on our water, so in case you're wondering, yes it's an accurate test.
