My girlfriends washer quit over a month ago, got ahold of the warranty company, who sent a part…read moreout, and then scheduled a technician to come out. This technician showed up, and didn't do squat. One of the ABSOLUTE laziest guy I've seen yet. Kept saying he couldn't do anything until the washer duplicates the issue( I understand this) BUT he didn't check ANYTHING else. Just messed with the dial and seen that it was throwing errors, cleared errors and said "he can't hang around waiting on the washer to act up" didn't check into any other issues, tried to have my girlfriend sign a paper saying he fixed the problem, she didn't he got mad and left. Today 5/22/2025 another (different) technician came out and within 5 minutes figured out the capacitor was not working, and unfortunately it's built into the main board, so THAT will be replaced AND he's going to get ahead of another potential problem and replace the drain pump because it didn't look too good. He pulled out the washer, looked behind it, and under it (other guy didn't) and was very happy to keep my girlfriend informed and up to speed (other guy acted like he had better things to do.) so if you get this company to come out to do any warranty work, and the black gentleman with the tattoos ( not racist or prejudice against anything, just can't remember his name, or if he even offered it up) be prepared to be disappointed if he has to diagnose anything. Wish I could leave a one star review for the previous guy, but the guy today was most helpful. I hope ACS management sees this and deals with no help guy accordingly.
