From the very first conversation, Dr. Hobson helped me clearly understand the situation and the importance of having a professional, ethical, and structured visitation environment. He and his assistant, Sarah, have demonstrated the utmost professionalism, transparency, and compassion throughout the process. Dr. Hobson took the time to explain my basic rights, including that the custodial parent elects and decides the visitation monitor and that payment responsibilities should follow what is outlined in the court order. (I have formally requested Rocio Silva in multiple occasions to step down as the monitor due to serious concerns about her professionalism, ethical conduct, and disregard for proper boundaries. This man has done so much for me in so little time.
