I bought a harness that i had the proper measurements for. It didnt fit, never worn, just received it the day before. Tags still on it. $55. I called and asked if i could pay UPS or FedEx to ship back. The lady didnt want to help at all, just hung up on me. I am an honest customer, I would never treat anyone like that. Obviously according to other reviews of this shop, the lady has treated many many people this way. Even long time customers. Terrible customer service, extremely rude as others have said. There are many other boutiques online that you can find that will take care of their customers. If I could give zero stars I would. Check out all the negative reviews on other platforms. Fun little boutique packed full of loads of fun stuff and staples for your favorite pampered pooch (and perhaps feline, if that's your predilection - - not judging ;-) ) They carry everything from the silliest of pet outfits, sunglasses, and the like, to home goods, to a wide variety of higher quality treats and food. While they have items for large dog breeds, my impression is that there is more focus on smaller and toy companions. I got some wonderful (no grain or corn, humane treatment) and fairly priced treats (it is a boutique, after all, not the local big box store that also happens to carry a few random brands of pet food). I also was able to pick up a great Sassy Woof (a brand I was not familiar with prior) no-choke harness for my older pup, who has started pulling when we go for walks. The clerk was cheerfully very helpful in helping me find the perfect product for my needs, then helping me figure out how to get it adjusted to see what the proper size would be (without him there to try it on). At the checkout, there is a posted notice about a $0.10 charge for bags due to *reasons*, which is fine and understandable, given the cost of printed bags (seriously - I've been involved in pricing printed bags for a few ventures, and if you're not familiar, you wouldn't believe how expensive they can get!). If you are offended, bring a dime or a reusable tote for your purchase. Pets welcome. Well behaved hoomans, too. Edited to add: I'm not sure why Yelp has the boutique located where it is (in a weird no-man's land adjacent to Kings Highway). They have a huge selection of dog clothes, toys, treats, strollers, carriers, so much high quality stuff. Woman managing the store was friendly and helpful. Good dog food but customer service is terrible. Lucky for them they aren't dependent on tips because they wouldn't make any money. When their machine went down we were waiting to check out for 15 minutes and she said we would need to order online and won't be able to use our perks because she's not the owner. We asked her to call the owner and she grumbled about the machine not working and never asked about doing anything for our inconvenience and never apologized but told us again to order it online. I asked her if she had the internet and if she could do it since she works there and she reluctantly accepted ha. Hope they figure out the whole customer service thing because ours was non existent. A smile and a little bit of courtesy makes all the difference. read more

This little shop was a godsend! I wish we had more of these in my area. We were visiting Myrtle Beach for the week and were running low on our food for both doggies. We left a message/text regarding our dilemma and they responded within the hour! Grade A customer service. They also had a bunch of healthy treats that we also cannot find in our area so we stocked up before we left. Anyways will always come back to this place when visiting. Oh. My. Gosh. My new favorite store in the whole world! The owner is wonderful. She knows the quality and origin of all of her products. I didn't catch her name but she was outstanding. There's a huge variety of stuff for your pets! All reasonably priced! I'm on vacation and was able to buy my baby everything he needs for the beach for $30! Including doggy sunblock and a UV protection shirt. So much cheaper than a chain pet store. They have awesome pet carriers, strollers, toys, play pens, food, life jackets, clothes, even a changing room for your baby! 1000000/10 recommendation. read more

Very poor customer service. My husband accidentally purchased the wrong bag brand of CBD treat for our blind born dog that has occasional anxiety. He is sensitive to certain one and the one picked up makes him nervous. I returned to the shop less than an hour later with an unopened bag and receipt. They acknowledged that my husband came in but said they have a no return policy. I explained that I simply wanted to exchange for the correct ones but they refused. We stopped here right before heading back home from vacation & I have to say it was one of the highlights of my vacation. I bought some stuff for my fur babies at home and it was all amazing. The prices are reasonable and there's even a sale section. The owner was extremely helpful as me and my friend have a couple dogs with specific dietary needs and she was able to point us to what would work best as a treat for them. She also took the time to help us figure out the best size t-shirt to get our pups (I believe she said she gets clothing up to a 6X which is incredibly difficult to find clothing for large breed dogs!). They ship nationwide (all except for large items and food I believe) and I've already ordered online since being back home! I plan to continue shopping here online and recommending this shop to others as well! read more

We have purchased from precious paws previously and have been very ecstatic with our purchases and conversations with the owner. We live out of town and look forward to visiting every time we come! Unfortunately, Melanie was not able to offer us with a satisfying shopping experience. We were not greeted when we walked in and we're offered no help.
