They send you updates and pictures with each visit which give me peace of mind when I am away; they take such good care of my cats that when I come home and the cats see me they look and then walk away as if to say "oh, its just you" LOL. Having a good pet sitter is the same as having a good mechanic or doctor; this team is the absolute best and when I leave my anxiety about my pets is ZERO when I am gone.

The folks at Barking Springs never ever complained or made any snarky comments. When we were picking up the boys; it was a relief to know that our older boy was content to staying. While calming down 2 of our excited boys; our old fella was going back to the kennel area! He has never done that. Staffers told us all about the playtimes and knew the personalities of each boy. They even seemed a bit sad to see the boys go. Kindness and love lives at Barking Springs. We will be back!

We recently met with Carole and Jessie about watching our dog while we were on vacation. Our pup…read morerecently had surgery and was restricted to what she could do. They were AMAZING from start to finish. The initial interview was thorough and you could tell that they both love animals so much. We used the Time To Pet app to keep connected while we were gone. Jessie posted an update after every visit (four times a day!) PLUS she sent 10-12 pictures and video. She also checked all the doors and turned on/off lights, brought in our trash cans, etc. Honestly, the went above and beyond! We will definitely use them again!

Darrell took her loved on her and Penny felt relaxed right a way. Now she runs to the door and and can't wait to see her friends there and get play time in. I will let you know how it went when I pick the dogs up this afternoon. Their rates are on www.activedogcamp.com. We had been using PetSmart Hotel and there you have to pay for every little additional item...ie treats, playtime, etc.. At Snuggles and Hugs it is all included. They texted me photo's of my dogs playing and working dog puzzles. (didn't even know there was such a thing.) We had to bring our dogs there for an interview last week which I wasn't crazy about but am so GLAD WE DID. They told me things about our dogs that explains how they relate to each other. It made sense! Also used the interview to determine what type of dogs they can play with or interact with. Again it made sense! PetSmart had decided our dogs were Aggressive and wouldn't let them play with other dogs. They have never bitten or snapped at any other dogs or people so I didn't agree with PetSmart. The Snuggles and Hugs guys introduced our dogs to different dogs in a controlled situation to see how they would interact. I'm excited to have found these guys....and I think my dogs are also. Very happy with Snuggles and Hugs.

I…read morehave lived in The Woodlands for 4 years and came here because of a recommendation I got from my neighbor. I gave them a try and I have never gone anywhere else. Sushi, my labradoodle, loves it here. Every time she is going to stay here, I always tell her she's going to see her "friends" and she goes CRAZY! The staff here are all wonderful and always accommodating. They have been absolutely amazing!!!! We travel a lot and I have to board her often. Because we only have her, she loves all the other dogs and loves to socialize. I never worry about her when I'm gone and she's always happy to go back. We are moving away in a month and I'm so sad to leave. Sushi will miss her friends greatly!
