Another customer was waiting outside stated he was there for 45 minutes waiting. Finally, someone showed up after about an addition 15 minute wait. Very small showroom and only had one gentleman working here. It was our first time shopping for front doors ever and we had no previously knowledge of different types of materials and the correct terms of what we wanted. We were handed a circular and were told to browse to see what we liked and then we could order. As a visual person and someone who lacks complete knowledge of this subject, I was unimpressed with the customer services. The sales rep ended up calculating a price of 2300 for a fiberglass door in blue and a screen door. I was confused of where this price came about and was told it would take 8-9 weeks to be delivered because we wanted a basic door in blue. Also, asked about the warranty and basically was told there was no warranty. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. Later found out a relative ended up purchasing a garage door from here and had an issue with it 2 months after purchasing and called for help and Elegant basically said find someone else to help you, If you are buying in bulk and installing in houses you are not living in yourself, then this may be the place for you to purchase from. But for someone who wants good quality and a guaranteed warranty, take your business elsewhere.

When they asked why I was there I told them why. The salesperson was upset because his current victims/customers were there and overheard. He showed up at my house to do his best to embarrass me. From my driveway, he started to yell at me that I cost him business. This time I have a ring doorbell to catch his unprofessional possibly steroid induced behavior. He cost himself business by being a liar. The owner came by my house after this fiasco and offered me paint so I could paint my door the BLACK color that I initially ordered. He had the gall to say that the espresso/black color went better with my house anyway. My house was under renovation so he proved my point-I'm not trying to match the current color. I'm matching what it will be. Lastly, the fancy keypad doorknob they sold me was not installed correctly because the door would not close!!! They came back to fix it to loosen the screws to accommodate the misalignment. I wasted over $10000 on this poor excuse of a business. RUN. It is not worth it to do business with this company. They also need promised satisfaction guaranteed but they don't mean the customer-they are only concerned with themselves. THEY ARE A SCAM.

After we paid $25,000, we call with some problems with the two French doors. The screens on both doors did not work properly, the weather stripping ribbed off and one of the handles on the doors was stripped. Right after installation we recognize the poor customer service. We called, we emailed, we basically pleaded for them to help us with our concerns, however, the typical response from Salon was "let me look into it and call you back". And then he never would called back. Two years of poor customer service, it has been frustrating.

I wouldn't let this guy in my house if I was a woman with that attitude. His "manager" also thinks it's ok to bully customers in the phone and mock disabilities. And I'm sure he is not the one making this huge upcharges in work. But overall I wouldn't recommend and also felt it was weird and sneaky to charge me after the estimate 80 dollars to come to my house to talk about the job. The company should be paying their workers for their time, or have them disclose and ask for the payment when they arrive so I could have the opportunity to decline. So for that alone it reflects as dishonest.

Process took about 4 weeks from estimate to completion of work (2x follow up visits for patching/touch ups post 1-day roof completion) . While the roofers that came to do the work were somewhat in hurry and didn't completely protect some existing items, no harm no foul, and quick work with only minor ding-ups that were fixed within the next week. Discovered Morningstar Doors and Windows on Yelp after being discouraged at a different store found…read morein a circular. Decided to check out Morningstar due to its fabulous reviews. Ended up walking in on a Saturday to a surprisingly decent sized showroom. We were greeted by Jim who educated us first-time buyers on different types of front door materials, accessories and options. This was the shopping experience I was looking for, especially for us first-time buyers. We had in mind what we were looking for and Jim was able to replicate exactly what we wanted and with guaranteed good quality. There were plenty of brochures to build what we wanted and Jim was able to build our front door on a computer program so we could visualize exactly what we wanted. Morningstar takes care of the purchasing and guarantees a lifetime warranty. You have to find your own contractor for the installing portion - they give you a list of recommended contractors or you can go your own way and find your own. Our custom blue door and screen door was delivered in exactly 2 weeks! We couldn't believe it. Especially because a competitor prior to this visit told us we would have to wait 8-9 weeks for a custom door almost doubled the price. We are highly pleased on our purchase and will certainly recommend Morningstar to all our friends and family!
