I recommend this company to anyone with anything AC related. Every time people referred agree they do the job right the first time. I've yet to have them come out more than once every 3-4 years for each property because they do it right the first time. If you tell them your inquisitive they will tell you what's wrong, show you the part that went bad and why, what needs to get done now and what you might want to consider in the future. Quality service and value! I had asked about getting a unit cleaned and was told not to spend the money as the unit was clean to schedule a cleaning for next year. We all know any other company would have taken advantage even when it's not needed. On another property my partner had been collecting quotes from different companies on duct replacement and was quoted different ranges btwn from 15k-40k for a house that is 3k sq feet. We called this the old & stinky house. We had the house professionally cleaned and could no get the odor out so duct replacement was next. ACR came out and notified there was only 1 soft flexible pipe in the attic space with a tear which they recommended to replace. ACR informed the rest of the duct work was all hard metal and did not recommend changing the ducts due to the quality of what was currently in the house instead recommended a cleaning. Their air cleaning consisted of dust /debris removal, sterilizes and removes odors. House is still old but no longer stinky. This company is honest, professional, arrives on time, and focus on getting the job done right the first time.

From the very start of beginning the process of finding the right AC system, Emmanuel was extremely responsive to all texts and messages, at basically all times of the day. I had a million inane questions and concerns; he answered all of them. We narrowed the list to three 5-ton options. The most expensive one was of my choosing, an American Standard unit, and the other two were a Rheem and a GrandAire (which I hadn't heard of before, it's a subsidiary of Carrier). He recommended strongly that I go with the cheapest one, the GrandAire. He was absolutely correct! It saved thousands of dollars, and it works extremely well. He added a new Nest thermostat, as well. I couldn't be happier. The [minimum 2-year] warranty that he backs up his work with has to be one of the best. Used their service again, but this time for a plumbing issue. The technician that came did not…read morespeak English and had difficulty explaining to me what the concern was however, he did get across that I needed to replace the toilets. The home is less than 10 years old so replacing toilets seemed a bit excessive. I ended up researching the noise the toilet was making myself and realized that it was something that can be fixed pretty easily. I called the manager and spoke to him regarding the poor advice received in regards to replacing the toilets, and he said they would send a second technician to assess the situation. Instead, he sent me a message stating that the initial technician was right and did not send another technician to assess . I ended up going with a different company who came and replaced the valve ...which successfully lowered my water bill by 50%. Problem fixed - without having to replace the entire toilet. I was initially a fan of NSP, but this last visit was very disheartening. I think if they had sent a second technician to evaluate what I was concerned about, they would have seen that the first technician was indeed wrong. I will not be using them again.

His hands-on involvement made a real difference in getting the project completed. The technicians, including Reydiel, were courteous, skilled, and did a great job. The project has now been completed, and we're happy with the quality of the work.
