The great thing about him is that when he needed to use the kitchen sink, he even washed the dishes that was on it. The service took around 1.5 hours including the installation of the new thermostat. He did, however, hose off the dirt and junk off the fins and coils on the outside unit; something he didn't have to do. He was overall pretty friendly and knew his stuff. He explained the situation to me and let me know that I have a leak (which I knew), but he would have to do a test to find out how big the leak is and where it is. He also informed me that my pipes leading from the outside unit to the inside unit ran under the ground and it would be rather expensive once I choose to have the service done. I appreciate his honesty and his work ethic as well as punctuality. He was available within 2 hours of when we spoke on the phone.

Henry seemed extremely knowledgeable and explained what the problem was and what all of our options were very clearly. He did show up a little late, but in his defense our house is a bit hard to find. We've been in contact with him the past few days as we've been contemplating our options, and he has provided very helpful information every step of the way. Unfortunately it looks like we're going to have to replace the unit, but the prices we got from Henry were competitive, and we are confident that he and his team will do a great job.
