I called Precise because my garage door was jerky when opening and closing. The tech didn't show up for the first appointment, so I had to reschedule for the next day. After inspecting the door, he recommended replacing both springs for $850 and all the rollers for another $250--$1,100 total. The springs weren't broken, and he tried to talk me into approving the work on the spot so he could finish it in about 40 minutes. I declined and later got a second opinion from another licensed company. They inspected everything and said the springs and rollers were fine and weren't causing the problem.
