My husband had to rush off to work so he and my father managed to somehow jimmy the garage door down and lock it so that our belongings would stay safe until we could find someone to fix the door. I reached out to Garage Door Giant and Brett responds I kid you not within 30 mins and says Bryce can come out within two hours and help. Bryce shows up with tools in hand and literally says "A stick got stuck in the corner of the garage huh?" Seriously - he knew simply from looking at the outside of the garage door! Impressive! We found Garage Door Giant on our MyQ smart garage door app, and we're SO glad we did! After three very high quotes from three different companies, they were the cheapest. They're a father/son owned business with 30 years' experience. Their customer service is amazing from start to finish. We spoke to Bryce and he asked us questions about our door...brand of the door, how big our garage was (1 car or 2), what type of spring was in there now...etc. and he knew exactly what type of spring we needed (and DIDN'T need). None of the other companies asked us any of that. He then gave us a quote and we were blown away with how reasonably priced they were! We booked them immediately and Bryce replaced the spring in under 30 minutes! Afterwards, he showed us another slight issue with our door that could cause damage to it down the road (a bent metal rod), and without any pressure, gave us a quote just in case we wanted it repaired in the future.
