The employees were polite, prompt and hard workers. Each piece of furniture was blanket wrapped and carefully protected. Navigating two different elevators during a move is a lot of work. All of the kitchen items were unwrapped and put into our new kitchen cabinets. Artwork was hung and they even made our beds. They hauled away all of the boxes and wrapping material. Our new unit was left neat and ready for us to enjoy. The new owners followed with a phone call after the move. I would definitely recommend them for any upcoming moves. DSR

    If I could give ZERO stars, I would!! This company, by far, is the worst delivery/installation…read moreservice team that I have ever worked with in the 15 years I have been in this industry. The owner and scheduling person could not be more inept at running this kind of business in my opinion. We had a team scheduled for 4 full days of delivery and installation. The 1st day, one (1) guy showed up at 4:30 pm with no help...mind you, they were scheduled for that morning at 9:00am, and the same time each morning that week. We had an extremely difficult time reaching the office for updates....we were at the house each morning waiting for hours for them to arrive. When we actually DID reach someone at the office, they were so rude and matter-of-fact about being late....that its completely normal and that it is basically not their problem because its a "busy time of year" and they overbooked themselves. Honestly, why should that be our problem? I understand a couple hours late...its the nature of the install process and being holiday time, but 6-7 hours late? That is unacceptable, especially when flew 5 hours from home to Florida to complete this project....time away from family and children....AND had to extend our trip an additional day just to be able to finish everything. We also ended up having to hire a 2nd company to come in and help with the installation, just so that we could finish and leave in time to catch our flight. One of the most upsetting issues.....on the last day of the installation (I believe it was the owner), contacted his employee on the phone, right in front of us, and told him to not bring any of the remaining furniture inside the house until we paid their delivery/installation bill....the project wasn't even completed. They basically were holding our furniture for ransom. It was crazy; so unprofessional and almost seemed that they were desperate for money...I could not believe what I was hearing. We explained that with all of our projects, we review the receiving/storage and delivery invoicing to verify that all of the furniture items have been accounted for, delivered, etc. My colleague and I work for an extremely reputable design firm, with projects all over the country....we have worked with dozens of receivers/installers with great, hard working guys, and an extremely respectful administrative team, and we have ALWAYS worked this way with the billing once the project is completed. All I could gather from it is that they knew that they did not fulfill what we had hired them for nor put in the hours to complete the job, and were concerned we would dispute the billing. We reluctantly paid for everything in full right then so we could receive the rest of our furniture. Now that the project is over, I am reviewing the billing and they have charged for almost 40 hours of delivery services. I can count on 2 hands the amount of hours that we had a crew there during that 4 days we had scheduled for. We truly feel that this company couldn't have cared less about their service. Other than being a warehouse to ship items to for receiving, they DEFINITELY should not be recognized for specializing in "Designer Delivery Services".
