Rick did lousy work on my home, has zero moral character and has no sense of business ethics or professionalism. I trusted Rick Biondolino to install three doors and he really screwed me over. All doors were incompetently installed and need to be reinstalled . I asked Rick for a refund and he refused. I filed a claim against his shady liability insurance and they agreed the Rick caused damages but they don't cover "poor workmanship" or "improperly performed work" by their clients. HomeAdvisor forced him to go to legal arbitration with me where he lost and was ordered to pay 2x what I had originally asked for and he still refuses to pay to have the doors reinstalled As a result of his unethical behavior, refusal to adhere to arbitration rules and illegal actions after arbitration, HOMEADVISORS has informed me that they have kicked RDB Trim and Rick Biondolino off their site. In my opinion Rick has no business doing work for anyone. So not only is he incompetent but he also won't adhere to legal arbitration. I have one door that hits the frame every time it is closed, they all leak ac out and one that lets water in when it rains. My Recommendation is a to STAY FAR FAR AWAY . They are unprofessional, incompetent and will lie over and over rather than owning their mistakes even if multiple 3rd parties confirm their liability and incompetence. I even provided him with a video of him causing damages from my security camera and he would not own that he was at fault. Total scum!
