Today I called at 7:30AM as soon as they opened (love that it's so early!) and they told me they can come by before 12. Mike called me 15 minutes before he got to our home as a heads up. He was very friendly and patient while listening to my recap. After looking around he told me it seemed to be flying squirrels and that their course of action would be to set up traps. He offered me their 2 plans. A 30 day guarantee or a yearly plan. He didn't pressure me at all to sign up so I decided to sleep on it. He left and I began cleaning up, I then saw more damage than I had noticed before, I called mike again and he said he'd come right over! He came back and took a look, we came to the same conclusion and I thanked him again. I then opened the door to another room, and I see a BIG BUSHY TAIL I called mike again, feeling sort of stupid. He made me feel like it was no big deal, he told me he would call his coworker mark and they would be by me in 10 minutes. He told me how to close off the room while i waited. They got here and got right to business, they trapped the squirrel and sent him outside. They then looked around for the entrance point and told me that a follow up appointment would be scheduled by phone to next week. I am so pleased with how friendly, patient and kind they were, let alone how good they were at their job. We signed up for their yearly plan which covers spraying 3xs a year and visits whenever needed. Thank you western pest control! Dive bombing in my backyard while fighting each other to death. And eating holes into the side of my house. Three of these mf's even had the nerve to fly into my house and buzz around in my bedroom. Enough was enough at that point. I called Linda and she very kindly set me up for an appointment within 48 hours. Alex came out, assessed the situation, and went to WORK. I told him that I'm not one of these animal/pest lovers. That I wanted these things to suffer for the hell they've brought upon me and my family's inability to enjoy a BBQ without ducking and dodging their constant advances. Alex said say no more. He told me all about the spray that would keep these bumblebee wannabes from continuing to use the wood of my house as their own personal hive. A spray that would directly affect their central nervous system and at worst, repel them to someone else's house, and at best, kill them dead. He sprayed all over the roof and side of my house.
