I go before starting an exercise program because I want to know things are in the correct place before strengthening the muscles around the bones. We also like that there are no appointments, you just show up and always get in, although you might wait a bit if there are people in front of you. They take many insurances, but not Medicaid.

I also tried the 30 min foot reflexology massage - they definitely use strong hands and got some good relief on my calf muscles. They also give you water and a towel to cover your face so that you don't have to awkwardly sit there and watch them. I have already disputed the unauthorized charge on my credit card and unfortunately would not recommend this place anymore since the feeling of being scammed and duped is the last taste in my mouth .
