    On March 15, 2025, I had my vehicle serviced by Safelite to replace the front windshield. Following the installation, I immediately noticed that the window tint on both the driver and passenger sides was chipped--something that was never an issue prior to the service. The damage was especially noticeable on the passenger side. Additionally, my dash cam was broken during the removal process, presumably when it was detached from the old windshield. I attempted to contact the company the following day but was unable to reach them, so I called again on Monday. I was advised to schedule a warranty appointment, which I did. A technician came out within a few days and confirmed that the tint could likely be repaired, and stated he would speak to a manager regarding the broken dash cam. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call, so I reached out again two days later. The manager then scheduled a second warranty appointment, this time to further assess the damage. By this point, the process had become increasingly frustrating, but I remained patient. After the second appointment, I received no further communication. Upon following up again, I was told there was no way Safelite caused the tint damage. Regarding the dash cam, I was offered a $50 gift card--an amount that does not come close to covering the replacement cost. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive a call, text, or email from the company. I even requested contact information for the district manager or asked to be contacted by them directly, but received no response. To make matters worse, on April 23, 2025, my rearview mirror detached from the windshield. I visited the location immediately after work and was told the issue was due to a manufacturer defect. However, I have never experienced issues with the mirrors in any of the three BMWs I've owned, and it was clear the mirror had simply not been reattached properly during the windshield replacement. I was informed that I now need another windshield replacement, though I was not provided a clear explanation as to why. From what I've researched, this should not be necessary unless the detachment of the mirror caused damage to the glass--which it did not. In summary, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever encountered. While Safelite's prices may be competitive, the damage they caused to my vehicle--including the tint, dash cam, and now the mirror--amounts to over $700, well above what I paid for the windshield replacement itself. The lack of accountability and poor communication is unacceptable. If this matter is not resolved within two more weeks, I will be pursuing legal action.

    The bigger chip they did their best to make invisible. Was much worse. Definitely happy with the results.

This was the easiest and most Exceptional experience. Crystal actually answers the phone, like real old school service when the phone was on the wall. Crystal even had my insurance claim approved within 15 minutes. She actually took all my information on the phone and then handled it. No requesting "texts only" like Safegurad, no, get back to us when your claim is approved and then hanging up. Yes to honesty and integrity when Lawrence showed up. Lawrence was straight forward and knowledgeable on the type of cracks I had and that that may not be perfect. He advised that drilling the type of chip/crack I had could cause it to spread. He even called Crystal to see if a new windshield was available to replace it, if necessary. But, it didn't crack and it was the best job possible with what I had going on with my chips and cracks. Didn't even sell me a new windshield knowing my insurance covers it. Lawrence had such kind words about Crystal too. (Refreshing;). Lawrence, Crystal and Quality Auto Glass are the shinning star of service, Delivers 1950's customer care with 2026 experience and technology to get the job done right. Exceeded all expectations. Call them and they will pick up the phone with "happy to have your business" attitude and actually sincerely mean it. You too can be treated like a Rock Star, even if you only exist as one, on the road with the stereo cranked! This isn't their Grandma posting and sadly, I wasn't even paid for this review.     I needed some chips repaired in my windshield and Quality Auto Glass did an excellent job! The technicians were very friendly and efficient, and explained how they did the repairs. Only reason this isn't a "5" star is scheduling, had a few hiccups but all worked out. Highly recommended!

    Absolutely do not recommend this company. They're unethical and dishonest. I was hit by one of…read moretheir vans in a parking lot while driving my car and the driver, their employee, drove off. I contacted the office since it was a work vehicle and I could see it was for this company. 1st I was questioned by the manager if my story was even true because "they only have one work van and it's sitting in their parking lot currently." When the incident had happened about 15 minutes before and was right next to their office so the van had time to get back to their parking lot after hitting and running after hitting my vehicle. Took 3 weeks for them to finally file an insurance claim, just for the insurance to deny the claim because there was a red scratch on my car but "their vans were blue". Gosh forbid you have any other dents or scratches on your car before being bit by another car. I went into detail about what scratches and damage was 100% from their driver hitting me. It didn't matter because of a red scratch on my car that "couldn't have been from their van." No one had ever said the red mark was from their vehicle. I pointed out several other places of damage to my vehicle that weren't a red scratch that was done by their van. Unfortunately, My husband is deployed and I'm navigating a lot so I didn't have the time to go back and forth with their insurance so now I have damage to my car done by a driver of this company, that the company is aware of but they rather refuse to do the right thing. At the end of the day, accidents happen, but what matters is making those things right. I wasn't after a check or money, I was after what is right, which is owning up to the wrong your employees did and making that right, but this company doesn't care. They don't care to do the right thing or repair damage they cost to someone else's vehicle. The manager told me "we will make this right. We've been in business for a really long time and it hasn't been from hitting people and driving off and not doing the right thing." Unfortunately the manager is a liar. The entire company is dishonest, unethical, and because of this I would not recommend this company to anyone. Sometime's it's not just about the business and services you provide, but it's about your work ethic, accountability and integrity. This company has none.
