I trust this because there have been times when, while the car is there for one thing, they've told me that I'll need something different within a certain time period, but I don't have to do it now. If I could give them NO STARS I would. In the 53 years I have been having my vehicles serviced RM Auto is THE WORST shop I have ever worked with. I dropped my vehicle off on February 10th with the assurance that it would be completed by end of day on Friday February 13th. so I could travel to New York to be with my brother as my sister-in-law was in Hospice Care, It wasn't ready, nor was it ready the following Monday, or Tuesday, Wednesday and on Thursday she passed away. It was finally completed on March 3rd 2-1/2 weeks after it was promised and with an inoperable fog light that was working when I dropped the vehicle off. The owner is obtuse and impossible to deal with. I have no doubt that is why his used car business B and B Sales failed as well. AVOID THIS PLACE! read more

I've brought my 20 year old Ram 1500 to RM several times in the past 3 years to have some large repairs done due to its age. I'm proud of the condition of my truck and therefore am very picky about where I bring it for repairs. Every time I've brought my truck to RM, they've treated me like their most important customer and have always been HONEST and fair with me. Their prices are competitive and they've never tried to rip me off by suggesting unnecessary repairs. Went there for warranty work they held my car for a week and didn't do anything til Friday and charged my warranty company 555 dollars for an 75 dollar part, and it turned out to be a missed diagnostic, it was just a dead battery my car didn't start on me after they fixed the wrong thing, it cost me 278 dollars for the battery. that guy dean lies though his teeth every time he opens his mouth. read more

Had my car towed there. Was told $149 just to put on diagnostic machine. Was charged $177. They did nothing to fix my car. Want to send me elsewhere. Drive about three miles and car was worse then when I brought it in. AAA had to tow me. Do not recommend. read more

Honestly the best Mechanic shop I have ever used. We will start with Car #1 which is a 2014 Ford Explorer the rack and pinion went out on it and also needed new lower control arms and ball joints. A garage that was closer to me said the rack and pinion was on national back order for 6 months because its an electronic part and there known to go. Well Craig found me a great used one with a warranty and had it in the same day it showed up! Including the lower control arms! But that's not it... We were supposed to have to send it to a Ford dealership to have it programed... also a month out.. But they outsourced a Gentleman who could do it a there garage the same day it was put in! I had my truck back asap!!! I could not have asked for a smoother repair and the price for labor and parts was exactly what it should be. I saved 100's of dollars going to RM! But wait there's more.... Then my 2011 Buick regals AC compressor died.... I dropped it off when I picked up the explorer and had it done the next business day. INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Had me back in my vehicles ASAP!!! Thank you guys so much for all you have done! Thank you for not taking advantage of a paying customer and being more than fair on repair prices!!! I LOVE R&M. These guys are the absolute #1 choice for Volkswagen repair that I have found anywhere in the area. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF AT THE DEALER or a repair shop that doesn't know VWs. They fix new and old Volkswagens. Even old air-cooled. I have been working on cars for a while and I know when someone is selling you stuff you don't need or over charging. These guys probably don't charge enough for the work they do! They also informed me about things that might need replacing, but could wait a while. I actually added this business to Yelp, because I want other VW owners to be aware of them. I desperately needed a real VW shop and really can't afford dealer prices.
