I came here today for a simple job and was given an estimate in writing by one of the employees. We…read moreagreed on the price, I left to grab the cash, and came back 30 minutes later fully ready to get it done. As soon as I returned, a different guy came out and told me, "We're not doing it." No explanation. No apology. Just a complete reversal of what was already agreed on -- even though I had the paper quote in my hand. What makes it worse is that it was close to their closing time. Instead of being honest and telling me to come back tomorrow, they acted like the whole thing never happened. It honestly felt like they just didn't want to do the job anymore because it was the end of the day. Unprofessional, confusing, and a complete waste of my time. If this is how they treat customers -- giving quotes and refusing the job 30 minutes later -- I can't recommend this shop to anyone.

I have never had anything but bad experiences using body shops, but my wife found these guys and they were fantastic. Mario was polite, professional, and far more helpful than anyone I've ever dealt with at any sort of auto shop. The folks at State took care of everything flawlessly, dealt directly with the insurance company on everything, handled my wife's car being totaled out, and kept me informed on the progress of my car's repairs every step of the way. I got my 10 year old car back looking almost as good as the day I drove it off the lot. Luckily, a friend of mine suggested this place (specifically Dino himself). I showed up and Dino took great care of me and my car from the moment we met. His crew provided me a rough estimate right away and then an official written estimate by the next day.
