Rear Plastic Bumper Out of sorts. Fantastic service! The ladies at the front desk were friendly and the technician, Antonio was fast and fixed the bumper in about 5 minutes. I did not have an appointment but called in and was told to show up at a certain time when they would look at the problem, which they did. Easy peasy fix -AND at no charge. My Bend dealership on the other hand had told me they would need to take the bumper off and the cost estimate $275 ! They had my car for 50+ days, failed to communicate with me that they had broken the sunroof, did not start work on it until a week after my scheduled appointment, kept it additional time for cleaning yet it had rodent feces (in the cup holders where my young children eat from) through out it, one of the rims is a totally different color from the other three and if you ask them to explain anything, they will put the blame on the actual customer or the insurance company....they have ZERO accountability NOR DO THEY VALUE THIER CUSTOMERS. PLEASE READ!! Where do I even begin? Firstly, I'd like to say that they did wonderful work on my VW as it looks great, and they got as much as they could from insurance. HOWEVER- 1. I FOUND A CONDOM WRAPPER IN MY CAR. Yes, you read that correctly. A CONDOM WRAPPER. Along with a reclined back seat. I cannot even describe how violated I felt. You cleaned my car yet left a condom wrapper behind???? So I called the manager- he basically laughed in my face and said there is 100% no chance that someone had sex in my car and "all his employees are in relationships". My response- "well then isn't that a perfect opportunity to have an affair?" Or... I know for a fact they leave the vehicles unlocked during the day as I had to grab something out of there while they had it. Perhaps they left it unlocked over night and someone broke in? I even told the manger TMI there's no way it's mine as I haven't had sex in over a year!! His response "yeah I don't know what to say. It couldn't have happened. I'll check on things and call you Monday". Did I ever get a call? NOPE. He could have at least offered a detail. Did he? Nope. Hence why I'm writing this review. 2. The front desk gal(s) are extremely unprofessional and less than helpful. 3. They are terrible at communicating. I would have to call on the status of my vehicle, and then they'd say ohhh yeah it's ready tomorrow. Okay cool. I call the next day. Ohhh no it's not going to be ready until "blah blah blah". I even recommended this place (before I found the condom wrapper) to my sister and brother in law. Thank goodness their vehicle was totaled so Precision didn't have the opportunity to make money on it. read more

I think the work that they performed on the bumpers that I needed repaired worked out really good. I think the quality was excellent and when we needed some adjustments made and they were very responsive. The customer service seriously broke down when there was an issue with payment between the insurance company and precision body and paint. I was very clear that I didn't want to be, as a customer, put into the position to be a broker of payments between the two. That's exactly what happened literally months after all of my obligations and payments were made. When I had called the general manager back to have them contact the insurance company for any remaining items and was told by the general manager, "Then you shouldn't of cashed the check." This demonstrates a significant distance between the customers expectations and the customer service they provide. Additionally it also shows a serious issue with their professionalism when dealing with customer and insurance issues. I will probably not use them again for anything related to insurance and of course the issues can always happen on the insurance side as well but this was truly horrible experience and the general manager, Antonio, was very unprofessional. read more

Referred my mother there after she had been hit by an uninsured motorist. They were very friendly and put her in a loaner car to use while hers was in the shop. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Mike and his team at Precision were fantastic from start to finish. This was my first major auto accident, so i was a bit apprehensive to start and go through the process. Mike and his team walked me through the process and what steps were happening when. I was worried about dealing with my insurance, but the process was seamless ( minus a few hiccups). My estimated repair was delayed due to insurance, however, Mike did his best to speed up the process to return my car to me. The ending result was amazing! I was stunned that my car had been fully restore to perfect condition; I could not even tell there was ever damage. I had a terrible experience here! The adjuster seemed nice at first and gave me a reasonable time estimate for the repairs I needed. I emailed him several times and got no response. When I finally got ahold of him, he was sarcastic and unhelpful and told me my car would take twice as long to repair as he originally told me. I left a message for the manager, got no response, called the owner at the Beaverton office twice and got no call back. Their social media person even told me she would discuss the situation with the regional manager, still no call from them. This place is terrible about communicating and they obviously don't value their customers. So disappointed in this experience. read more

Precision body and paint was recommended by Kendall Toyota to repair the tailgate on my 2016 Toyota Tundra. I was assured by Mike the ops manager for PBP that he had the finest painters in Bend. They failed to match the silver color of my truck, "they tried and did their best" was the explanation from Mike. I still paid full price for a job that was less than desirable. read more

I took my truck to them for body work and paint. I chose their shop against the recommendation of my insurance adjuster because they promised me a loaner car and a quicker turn time than the adjusters recomended shop. They gave me a loaner truck that not only looked bad but it was dirty on the inside and smelled of wet dog. The repairs took three weeks longer than quoted and I had to bring it back to them twice to fix the paint and body work. The paint still looks mediocre at best but I tired of dealing with this place. When my wife's car was in need of body work only a couple months later I found a much better shop to take it to. read more

I stopped in on Friday to get a repair estimate for a fender gap on my Subaru Forester. The (nice and helpful) guys at Subaru looked at it, thought it needed body work, maybe even a new fender, and recommended Precision Body & Paint of Bend (and Jeremy in particular) to give me an estimate. I drove straight there and was waited on almost immediately by who else but Jeremy?! He looked at the car, leaned on the bumper and it snapped right back in place! For free! It has been almost a month since Precision completed the repairs on my car and I thought I'd give a post oil change update. There should be 10 screws that hold the belly pan to the underside of the car. Precision only installed 9. If you are looking for a shop to get your repairs to 90% then Precision is the place for you. Also there is still deer jerky in the engine compartment. So apparently they didn't bother cleaning the underside. Regarding Tim B's response saying that a senior member of the staff would follow up with me. No one ever contacted me. Perhaps because the person handling my car repairs was the general manager Greg; it doesn't get much senior than that. Really no point in calling me as I had already expressed my dissatisfaction to Greg. Greg tried to blame my insurance company and when I said the insurance has nothing to do with the quality of work he simply said they try to do a good job but sometimes fall short. Personally I don't think VW should be giving them certification if they don't have procedures to ensure quality work. read more

These guys literally went above and beyond for my Tacoma. Damages were worse than anticipated but the man who helped me( I think his name was Bob but I apologize if I'm wrong!) called me every single step of the way to let me know exactly what was going on with my truck. He even called my rental car agency when he found out I was having trouble with my rental and made sure that they took care of it..the body work and paint done to my driver side door is nothing short of amazing work. The service here is terrible! My fiancé went in for an estimate and was turned away and told to make an appointment. No one else in town pulls this...she went to another shop and was taken care of right away. They clearly think of themselves as too good! With the unprofessional staff they have it's a wonder they're still in business! My fiancé was appalled by the way the office staff talked and handled themselves. What a joke.
