The first experience I had was mostly positive. The work was well done. This time around it was awful. Staff were non-commutative, rude and inconvenienced when I called for updates. I'm very impressed with Professional Auto Body - South. Over the years I have had my vehicles hit a few times and every time I have dealt with a body shop until now has been a disappointment. From them substituting used parts, not quite matching paint, and under estimating repair times it has always been something. Professional Auto Body really sets the bar high. They were courteous, organized, communicated clearly, worked with my insurance company, and finished the repair on time as promised. Besides that the repair is flawless. I absolutely loved this experience. They were knowledgeable which showed their experience. I was informed every step of the way. They took care of 100% of everything even the insurance billing. I can't say enough good things about this company and I highly recommend them. You're always cautious about leaving your vehicle with an auto body shop after hearing all the bad experiences people have had with other companies. They've had my car since Nov. 1, 2021. They recently told me they will not have the parts to repair my car until maybe Sept 2022. I have to leave numerous messages before anyone will return my call. They claimed they were waiting on a hood which is surprising because I was able to find one within 15 minutes by searching on the internet. My car was damaged while traveling on vacation in Bend Oregon. The folks at Professional Auto Body, were able to minimize down time by ordering the parts and painting the bumper ahead of dropping off the car. The turn around was the next day. Not only did they restore the car back to original condition, but actually was better than new. The paint guy does amazing work. The staff Todd and Tom and the young lady were all very professional. Fantastic experience! On vacation I damaged my car. I wanted to check if it could be driven 8 hours back to my home. They took me in right away. Kammie at the front desk was helpful and polite. She had Scott, the branch manager, look it over. He was extremely experienced and immediately assessed the extent of the damage. He then said a mechanic could wire, tape, and put screws in so that I could drive home safely. Mike the mechanic spent considerable time and did an incredible first-aid job. He even banged out the very large dent in the bumper. He also told me what parts would need to be ordered by my body shop back home. Scott then refused to take any payment, even though I pressed him. These guys saved my vacation, and enabled me to drive home. They were professional, expert, polite, and generous throughout! I couldn't be more pleased and grateful. read more

During the snowmageddon, we had some damage to the front end of our car. They ordered the part, set up a time for the repairs and completed in on 3 days. They did an amazing job! I've written only a few reviews over the years but was so blown away by the service and professionalism of this business that I need to put this out there! Just moving to Bend, Oregon I was unsure of where to take our repairs but after reading the glowing reviews brought it to Eric and his team. From the start there was clear thorough communication and the repair, at the end, looked better than new on our BMW X5. I had visited another shop before reading the reviews here and they came in hundreds of dollars lower and had a loaner vehicle at no charge - I have never heard of anyone doing this! The only unfortunate issue arose with our feeble insurance company (Esurance....run!) but Eric dealt with their poor performance with grace and professionalism. This business has my highest personal and professional endorsement - hope we will be accident-free but at least we know who to trust here locally should anything happen in the future... read more

The body work done on my vehicle was fine. Their customer service is horrible. The few times I called in, the receptionist was rude and acted like I shouldn't be calling in regarding my specific question. I dreaded calling and having to speak with her. When I picked up my vehicle, my license plate was in the door pocket with the bolts. It was unhelpful and unprofessional leaving me to drive around illegally without a license plate until I got home and could put it on myself. During a follow up call with Eric regarding a issue I had with my vehicle, he was unconcerned and dismissive. When I brought my vehicle in for him to inspect the issue, he literally looked at it for 2 seconds under the vehicle and dismissed the damage as not being related to the accident. He was not caring or supportive whatsoever. He then lied to my insurance company claims department and told them the leak was in the rear of the vehicle when it was forward of the driver's door. I have had previous work done on another vehicle at European Auto Body, and it was a much better experience where I felt heard, like my questions and concerns were addressed with care, and the follow up issue was quickly fixed. I will never go to Professional Auto Body again, even though they are a "preferred" shop with my insurance company. read more
