One of the selected review photos will highlight situation if you look closely enough at the feet I was really worried about this problem, but Yury and his team came up with creative solutions to make our final vision come to life. Their ingenuity and work ethic kept the project schedule and the project budget on target. When it came time to finish the project, we discussed our remaining concerns, and rest assured, Yury's professionalism, skill, and creativity delivered a fantastic, well finished solution. In very little time, he delivered 3d conceptual designs on the bits of custom work, allowing us to see the final product before making a decision. This made it very easy to understand the vision and left us very comfortable with the direction. He even went the extra mile and made special accommodations to come back and provide the finishing within less than a week.

The job was small but Shaun was on time and prepared with all the right tools including a chop saw, table saw, hack saw and drill. His work was precise and at a very good pace. I had to replace custom gate slats that were different sizes that also required precision holes to be drilled so they could be placed back onto the metal frame, in the right spots. He did a great job and I will definitely call Shaun for the next job.

The epoxy that I…read morewas instructed by his staff to purchase for the project bubbled and became dangerously slippery. They admitted that it was applied in too cold of weather. Despite promising to fix it, ACE did a poor job of removing it and ultimately refused to correct the installation. He was found to have one or more violations of his Contractor's license with the Contractor's State License Board on this specific project. His contractor's license is 1124500 and, as of today, is under suspension. I WAS able to recover some of my losses against his Contractor's Bond. Bottom Line - DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR FOR ANY PROJECT!!

They helped us change the cabinet layout a bit and it ends up being more functional while also having much more usable space. The flooring and baseboards turned out terrific, it really changes the look and feel of the space. We had picked out something that was not one of their usual suppliers, but that was no problem. They really work with you to get exactly what you want. All the workers were friendly, skilled and left our house clean at the end of the day. My thanks to everyone that worked on our project. Chuck finished the kitchen up and did fine work with our plumbing which required some intricate work to accommodate our layout. Based on our conversations and the positive reviews I had read, I was looking forward to hiring him for the job. Unfortunately, my experience changed when it came time for the on-site estimate. We agreed on a date and time for him to visit the property, but he did not show up and did not contact me beforehand. Afterward, I attempted to reach him by phone and through Yelp messages but received no response. I understand that schedules change and unexpected circumstances arise. However, a simple phone call, text message, or message through Yelp would have been appreciated and demonstrated professionalism. The lack of communication was disappointing and ultimately caused me to reconsider moving forward with the company. While my initial interactions were positive, reliability and communication are important factors when hiring a contractor, and unfortunately my experience fell short in those areas.

Stood in line and a couple were ahead of me. He sounded so polite and gave excellent service to them. As soon as they were done, I barely had a chance to finish my question and he abruptly said "Hang on, I have another customer on the line that I need to finish an order for." AT this point, I'm like wtf is this place so I walked out. Never I have ever experience such crap customer service. These 2 clowns weren't busy and could have spared me 1 min of their time to simply answer if they carried a product. I ended up ordering the part from Amazon and had it sent same day. Honestly, this is why retail and stores are dying because of this BS. Don't come to this lame as place for your toilet needs. You'll have a better experience at Amazon. Bunch of Bums.

The whole process went smoothly, Kevin was very friendly and easy to work with; he provided the most information on what type of windows to get for our situation. He was very responsive and answered any questions we had. They also had very reasonable prices and detailed quotes. My husband told me on the day of installation, they were punctual, efficient and completed the window replacements on time. We got Simonton laminated double paned windows, and although they haven't blocked out as much sound as I hoped, they actually help a good deal with lowering hot temperatures in that room in the summer. It's been about a year and the windows still look great and work well (they're also much easier to slide open than our old windows). I would definitely recommend them!
