We hired Tower 9 because I like to hire local, small businesses when I can. The work they did remodeling our kitchen is of a very high quality. The tile we chose for both the backsplash and the floor required a very experienced hand and their tile subcontractors were AMAZING. The quartz countertop work is as close to perfect as I've seen even in the highest end kitchens. While no project is free from moments of drama, this kitchen cost about half of what a company like LARS quoted us, so little things like slight issues in communication and a lack of design suggestions (they are not designers after all), seemed like a fair trade off to us. read more

Joe and Bebe are a husband and wife team that did the install work for Premium Cabinets out of Oceanside. Joe does the cutting and heavy labor and Bebe does the fine work. The division of labor is not that clean cut, but she is a wizard with caulking and Mohawk Fil-Stiks. They are SUPER ORGANIZED and efficient. Our galley kitchen of about 14 cabinets required a day and a half to complete. Everything was level, the doors opened perfectly, and the drawers closed smoothly. We've been using the cabinets for a few weeks now and everything continues to function as designed. Joe and Bebe have extensive experience in kitchen layout and Joe is willing to share his ideas with you. read more

Dan & Joe's team & sub-contractors we're very professional & their workmanship was very good. They finished the remodel within the timeframe quoted. Several issues were uncovered during the demo & taken care of in a timely fashion (one of the issues was a rotted kitchen peninsula caused by leaks which the previous owner didn't fix). We have now used Dan and his company, Tower Nine Kitchen and Bath Remodeling, for 3 jobs in our home. We originally hired him in 2020 to completely redo our kitchen and flooring after a flood. His company did an amazing job and completed it all in less than the time quoted. Later that year, we had to redo our master bathroom due to water damage from another plumbing issue. We got a quote from Dan for the job but decided to go with a cheaper contractor to save a little money. What a mistake! The contractor we hired would go days without showing up, his subcontractors would leave halfway through the day, their work was sloppy and they left the place a mess. After 3 months, they had only competed the vanity area and part of the shower tile. It was a nightmare. The contractor's tile work in our shower was so bad that we decided to fire him and hire Dan's company to redo the shower. Dan came in and was able to finish the job in less than 2 weeks. His tile work was stunning and he wished we had gone with him from the beginning. Trying to save a few dollars definitely cost us in the end. About 5 months later, we were devastated when we found mold growing under our master bathroom sinks. After having the plumber come out, he determined that the previous contractor (the one we fired before Tower 9) had not sealed the AC line in the wall when he installed our new vanity. Unfortunately, the water damage was extensive, and we had to rip out the entire bathroom all over again. This time we went with Dan and Tower 9 right from the start. His prices may be higher than some, but his professionalism and workmanship are worth every dollar. He and his team of subcontractors did an excellent job with our master bathroom. Dan was easy to communicate with throughout all of our projects. He and his business partner, Joe, are extremely meticulous and worked hard to make sure we were happy with the final product. Tower Nine did an incredible job on our latest kitchen remodel! We have been through a kitchen remodel before and it was an absolute nightmare. With Joe and Dan on the job, I did not have to worry a single bit throughout the entire process. They were so helpful and made everything so easy. Even when minor problems would arise, (expected in any construction) it wasn't any big order change, or haggling about who was going to fix it...they would just say, no problem we'll take care of it. Joe and his wife Bebe are absolute artists with their cabinetry and wood working. There was no detail left unfinished and every thing more than exceeded my expectations. They also did an amazing built in entertainment center for us where the TV fully swings out and can be seen from the kitchen. The flooring in these photos were also provided by them for a great price!
