I purchased a $9500.00 Hotsy Diesel Fire unit . I dropped off a Gas powered Diesel Fire unit to be re paired. They informed me they had a backlog it may take a month to complete the repairs, I said fine no problem. They called me about a month or so later saying the repairs where completed, I was in Hawaii i told them i would pick it up when i returned. I am a contractor when i got back my company was very very busy I forgot about the pressure washer and left it there for another month. They called me a 2nd time I informed the owner I would have my son pick it up. She said fine the balance due at pick up is $525.00 i said no problem The next day my son called me from Their shop explaining that my pressure washer is not their ,, they can not find it . I ask to speak to the owner she tells me she has an open repair invoice for the unit that shows the repairs where done but it has not been paid. She said she will call me back when she gets to the bottom of this. The next day she calls me and said one of my guys picked up the unit yesterday. I explained to her that's impossible we are a small company my son would be the only person would pick it up and he doesn't have a company credit card to pay for the repair. This back and forth went on for a day or two and finally i drove down to their shop. I asked to speak to the person who loaded my unit onto who ever took it truck. My only work truck has decals and our company logo all over it. Their shop guy told me I did not load that until on that truck it was a white truck with a tailgate. Clearly these guys have given my pressure washer that's worth around $3000 dollars to someone else. They will not admit it they came up with the idea that I stole my own pressure washer,,,,,, it turned into a yelling match the older lady called Sac PD . After the officer listening to everyone told me clearly they gave it to the wrong person , However theirs nothing we can do you have to take them to small claims court. Honestly I do not have time for that I purchased a $9,500.00 unit from them you would think they would try and make this right. read more

I just recently bought a pressure washer, hose reel, and 200' of high pressure hose from these guys. Steve and John were awesome! They mounted the hose reel, and rigged up a new way to connect all the waterlines from my DI tank and pressure washer. I own a window cleaning business, and we do occasional pressure washing for customers. I'm impressed!!! I rarely use my little homeowner type pressure washer, and decided to bring it to Precision Cleaning Systems after reading the reviews, and one in particular from a person I know. I knew I could trust his good review. After Brian asked me a few key questions he felt it would be an easy repair and indicated it might possibly be ready the same day, even though I dropped the unit off in the afternoon. Sure enough, it was repaired the same day. Even though I was only charged the minimum labor charge, I was treated like an important customer. Even though Brian was busy with another repair when I returned, he took time to explain what caused the problem and how to prevent the problem from re-occurring, then offered to help me load the unit in my vehicle. I think the time spent with me discussing the problem before and after the repair, along with the time to take care of the paperwork and paying the bill, exceeded the time I was charged for the actual labor. Additionally, this place has that feel of a happy & friendly place for the employees who are all busy working, but not too busy to take care of their customers and also to interact with each other. read more

If I could give this place six stars, I would. The GP pump on my non-Hotsy brand pressure washer lost oil the last time I used it due to a plastic plug that was known to be problematic 10-12 years ago. Steve and the office staff contacted the manufacturer and quickly identified the re-engineered part and gave me a price to fix it right. For a reasonable labor charge, they not only installed the part but checked out the pump to be sure that it wasn't damaged as I had feared. They also recommended and I agreed to have the pump upgraded with an "EZ start" value to avoid the need to release pump pressure if the engine doesn't start in one pull--a common occurrence and annoyance that make starting more difficult if you forget to set the switch to "on", turn on the gas, etc. I took my unit back a second time because of an engine problem that also happened a year ago and was unrelated to the original work on the pump--the oil was contaminated with gasoline. Honda GX390 engines are known to be reliable, so I thought it was potentially something major. For a nominal charge they resolved the problem and set me straight on the importance of turning off the gas supply during non-use and especially during transport. They also determined that the float cover was oriented incorrectly (I had taken it off a year ago due to a flooded engine after I forgot to set the switch "on'). In addition to knowing everything about the water pumps, they knew this from years of experience and being a Honda authorized service center. It all made perfect sense based on my experience with the engine a year earlier. I just wish that I took it to Precision Cleaning Systems in the first place. After the great service and seeing all the nice Hotsy equipment they sell and service, I'll go here first if I ever buy a new one. Highly recommended. read more
