Gustavo was easy to talk with on the phone. We didn't have to wait long for an appointment. The technician, Gabriel was prompt and called when he was on his way. He did an amazing job on our driveway, cleaning off a lot of mold. He took his time and was thorough. Payment was easy through Venmo, and was for the quoted amount. I had initially considered renting a pressure washer and doing it myself and am so, so, so glad I didn't. First of all, it took a lot longer to do the job than I had anticipated. Additionally Gabriel had a different attachment for the walkway and porch that didn't make any mess on the adjacent windows, and I never would have known about that. He responded and we agreed on an appointment on Saturday at 11am. My neighbor even asked if he could fit in right after me, so I've been more than happy giving Sac Valley Clean business and referalls. Saturday comes and two hours before my appointment, Brian texts me letting me know that he had an emergency and if he could do Sunday. Now if you read my last review, I mentioned we had to tweak appointment times before he came and did the gutters. While I understand emergencies do come up, this is twice I've set up an appointment and something comes up. We agree to reschedule for today, Sunday at 10am. Brian assures me he can make today happen. Sure. enough, 10am rolls around and I get radio silence. I tried calling and phone goes straight to voicemail. Below are screenshots of our conversation. Salem did a great job and got some nasty stains off my driveway and walkways, and just generally cleaned all concrete surfaces to a few shades lighter and brighter. It was pretty satisfying to get some of these areas cleaned and will probably schedule these guys to do it regularly moving forward.
