Streakless just finished the gutter cleaning for two of our houses in Sacramento. This is the second time I use this company and the team had done great jobs each time. They came to work on time as promised and clean up all the debris afterwards. I like their professionalism, good attitude, and team work. What I like the most was that they replaced some broken tiles on my roof so that save me from another headache. They charged me as their estimate and gave me a discount. I used this service twice. The price always changes from the quote. They frequently reschedule, show up early, late or not at all. Once they do show up the work is done by polite and professional cleaners however they often have to depart early, can't work OT and don't have a clear estimate of the work. There appears to be a disconnect between the quote from the manager and the employees and their time. I've had people depart, not finish, and leave without confirming a return appt to complete the work. Furthermore, they scratched and damaged a door of mine and when I called to report it I was told I was wrong. The person had not seen it and did not bother to come see it or follow up. In addition, I explained how I saw it happen and I was told I was wrong. This service is both unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills. Over two months has passed by since my cleaning and still no follow up about my damaged window. I do not recommend this service and I question the legality of their labor and business practices. read more

Sean did a fantastic job cleaning my gutters and downspouts. He is my gutter cleaner from now on.My seamless gutters installed four years ago by Gutter Doctor never worked properly. Sean removed four downspouts to remove leaves that had jammed them for years. He showed me how the downspouts were improperly constructed and were too small. He also pointed out where the gutter was not working. Now I know I need the downspouts replaced. He did such a thorough job, I expect to get goos drainage until the repairs are made. read more

Calling to set up an appointment was super easy, Laurie was really friendly and able to explain the process as well as the cost in detail. They showed up timely, were able to give me an exact cost before starting the work. The guy who did the work was super friendly, helped with some problems with the windows and screens, and now all my windows are all sparkly clean, including all the window screens and the window jams. SO NICE!! I will certainly be using them again. The price was very reasonable for the work that they did for me, and with a pleasant demeanor as they did the work. Great job!! The guy who did this work was also happy to talk with me a bit about the Casper Door Screens that are advertised on their website.
