Jaycee had good reviews and was able to fit me in for the next day. They have two options a flat rate or hourly, I went with the flat rate of $450 for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. They charged an additional $100 for the windows. I thought that was reasonable. He got there at 8am didn't finish until 3:45. He did a great job deep cleaning the restrooms. He even helped me throw away some of the final items I was getting rid of. At the end I was able to review the work and have him touch up anything I noticed missing which was only a small area of baseboards. He really did a great job I have no complaints. I would recommend this company to others and I was so grateful to find them after my nightmare last minute cancellation with the last company. Beware of booking with the smaller companies on yelp that do not have many reviews, I'd definitely go with Jaycee Cleaning again in the future.

The lead cleaner texted me less than an hour into the job saying they needed more time due to "excessive dog hair," which was simply not true (I have photos as proof). I was present the entire time and even assisted with some tasks, so the level of professionalism was concerning. I requested something very basic--removing the bedsheets and loading them into the washer--which was not done. For reference, our home is 1,600 square feet, and I don't believe it warranted the 5 hours they claimed were needed.
