We chose Oasis based on a recommendation, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience and wouldn't recommend their services. We paid $340 for a deep cleaning, and while the team did wipe the floors, they left the carpets rolled up in the corner instead of putting them back. The lead cleaner texted me less than an hour into the job saying they needed more time due to "excessive dog hair," which was simply not true (I have photos as proof). I was present the entire time and even assisted with some tasks, so the level of professionalism was concerning. I requested something very basic--removing the bedsheets and loading them into the washer--which was not done. For reference, our home is 1,600 square feet, and I don't believe it warranted the 5 hours they claimed were needed. read more

I'm giving three stars because the office is efficient and answers calls promptly. I chose this service because it is a local business. However, they contract out to independent cleaners. I had a cleaning scheduled for 8:00 am with an arrival window of 8-8:30. By 8:40 no one had come or called. I have young kids and needed to be out of the house for 3-4 hours so getting started on time is important to me. I called the office and she informed me that the cleaner was not answering her call. At that point I cancelled the cleaning. I know emergencies can happen but I would have appreciated a call or a heads up. When this is your first experience with a company it just feels like a red flag. I will not be using this service in the future. read more

It took me some time to write this review because I don't my emotions to be affected by it. First of all, when their staff got to our house i did thank her right away for helping us. Life has been crazy since i have twins boys age 3. I apologize to her that the house is a mess. To begin with that's the reason why I called for help. I was really excited at first because finally I will get the house cleaned I requested for deep cleaning but the work that she did could barely pass for a standard clean. You guys mentioned that base boards will be included but none of those were cleaned. The cabinets were never wiped down. There is one room that she didn't even touch at all. Needless to say i was beyond disappointed. Such a waste of time and money considering that we even rented out a storage bin so we could take most of the things out of the house just to make it easier for your staff to clean. TLDR: Oasis deep cleaning is not "deep"at all and not as advertised. No dusting and no attention detail at ALL. Quality control and management? Not sure they know what those words mean. I rarely do reviews but in rare cases when a service is awful or amazing I do. This situation was our first cleaning experience and it was AWFUL. I do not know how this business has such high reviews. I purchased a "deep" cleaning of our house as a Christmas gift. This cleaning was anything but "deep." (I've attached plenty of pictures validating my case) They advertise baseboard cleaning along with dusting in their "deep cleaning" package. They missed every baseboard, every corner in each room, missed the outside of oven and microwave. We told them not to worry about office or the majority of kids room. So they only had to "deep" clean 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, and two small bathrooms (1tub). "Deep cleaning" should not be that subjective whatsoever. Your job is to identify, grease, DUST, webs, calcium buildup, soap scum and eliminate it. I can understand if you miss some calcium buildup and scum but to completely miss DUST and grease is wildly unacceptable. Here's how it all went down after they finished their "deep cleaning." I came back from picking up my daughter from her grandmothers. The two ladies were standing outside in the rain sweeping wet leaves...lol...they said they were all finished with the job and that I should go in and do a "walkthrough." So I proceeded to wait for someone to come in and walk me through what they did. Neither of them did...So I quickly took a look and returned, not really knowing what I was to report back with. I gave them a cordial tip because that is what I do no matter what and sent them on their way. My wife came home and after getting lunch and did her check and we both realized this was a terrible job done awfully quick and we were put on the spot to make a quick decision with zero support from the workers. I quickly emailed & texted the company with my concerns and they immediately write back with "but you did a walkthrough and even tipped them." Of course they respond in such a defensive and unprofessional manner. It was obvious they do not care about their customers at all. So I responded back telling them I tip no matter what and that the job isn't what was advertised. They say the owner will reach out and try to compensate me or make me whole again. The owner NEVER called me. He cowardly had another rep send a text and say they were sending out another worker. Anyone in sales/management know this is a cardinal sin! You make the customer feel good and do what they need in order to ensure you get more business. He didn't care and that spoke volumes about the business to me. At this point, I wanted some sort of refund because I knew sending out another person wouldn't make a difference. I accepted their request despite all the stress and BS they put us through up to this point. The next day they sent one of the SAME ladies back and the one that wasn't as thorough or careful. I walked her though what we felt needed more work. She reluctantly did SOME of it. ALSO, WHY IS IT MY JOB TO DO YOUR QUALITY CONTROL AND HOLD YOUR HAND THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS?? Unbelievable how this place is mismanaged. Do I come from sales and management background? Yes, I do and this is a management nightmare. As far as sales, lazy and cowardly. Pick up the phone and talk to your NEW customer. Could have probably got new business but I will never give them one more dollar of my hard earned money and I will tell my network not to either. What was supposed to be a nice gift for my pregnant wife became a stressful ordeal and a lot more work. Disappointing in every way. read more

When I called Oasis, I explained my cleaning needs. I have a rental that I need cleaned for the next tenant. I explained that I need 4 windows cleaned and everything dusted really well plus the oven. The young lady who came told me her time was up at 4 1/2 hours, and she had not cleaned the windows. With a quick inspection, she had also not dusted any of the outlets or light switches. She was cleaning them as I was pointed them out. I thought she would get the hint and clean them all but she didn't. I am not satisfied at all with the service. I have to hire somebody else now to clean it like I needed it to be cleaned. This is not good. I believe the desire to keep costs down made them only send one person when I knew it was a two person job. read more

I've been a customer of Oasis for a long time. We have received biweekly cleanings. We've had some scheduling issues/no shows in the past and the cleaning has been average at best but I haven't felt compelled to review or fire the company until tonight. We had a cleaning this morning when we were on vacation and the Oasis employee turned on the knob to the stove. We came home 10 hours later to the house being filled with natural gas. The smell was overwhelming and we had to call the fire department to come and make sure the house was safe for our young kids to sleep in. They helped us clear out the gas and advised us to stay outside while it cleared. I had to keep my already exhausted kids outside until nearly 10pm at night. When I contacted the company, they denied they turned on the knob and blamed it on a family member who came over to feed our dog. This family member was nowhere near the stove. Hey I understand accidents can happen but this same accident has happened at least twice before but luckily we got home early enough to turn off the stove. I mean, it's pretty standard to ensure the knobs are off when you are cleaning the stove right?Its pretty reckless that this has happened multiple times. Our house could have burned down if there was so much as a spark. We will be looking for a new company. read more

I hired Oasis for a move in clean. The house was extremely dirty from the previous owners so we opted in for the deep clean, carpet and window cleaning. We had 2 gentlemen (Tim and Tyler) come for the carpets and windows. They took their time and I was amazed at how clean they got it. They were super friendly and did professional work. We had 3 ladies come for the deep clean (Maritza, Jenny and Scarlet) and let me tell you they got this house cleaner than I thought they would be able to! They were also super friendly and took their time to pay attention to detail! I am simply amazed and so thankful for the work of all parties involved in this cleaning. The person who coordinates the cleaning is friendly and responsive. The cleaners do good work. It is pricey but I do not mind paying for consistency and ease of service. We used them for several years but stopped at the beginning of the pandemic. I was very disturbed when I reached out to them this week to discuss resuming service and found out that they do not require their housecleaners to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This is very dangerous because the nature of their work requires them to be in and out of multiple households all day. I would expect a business like this to take the health and safety of their workers and customers seriously and require 100% employee vaccination. Unfortunately, they do not, and masks are not enough to protect the vulnerable (such as my children who are too young to be vaccinated, or their other elderly / immunocompromised customers). I had an excellent experience a few weeks ago with this company. It was time for a deep cleaning of my home and on the recommendation of my neighbors I hired Oasis. I was able to book online and 2 nice ladies (Blanca and Sarahi) showed up as scheduled. They cleaned everything from the ceiling in my bathroom to the inside of my oven. Their attention to detail was outstanding. The prices are reasonable and posted on their website. After further consideration, I realize that I was very wrong when I said that the service might be solidly 2 stars. Oasis Natural Cleaning has earned their one star rating and here is why... I paid $280 for 2 ladies to clean for 5 hours but the house was still dirty when they were done. Our regular cleaning service sends 3 to 4 people, they work for 2 to 2 and a half hours and the house is clean, job is done. Rosario from Oasis offered to send his workers back to do more cleaning but I guess he doesn't understand that it's still time that I have to take out of my life and my day for something that should have been done in that 5 hour time frame. House cleaners have to really earn trust and in this particular situation, no, they absolutely did not earn my trust. Did I save money by using Oasis? = No Did I save time by using Oasis? = No Did I save myself any work by using Oasis? = No It wasn't just a spot that was missed here and there, every single shelf in the house was not wiped down, hair was on the banister and walls, the floors and grout had caked on dirt and grime. Rosario was aware of all of this because I sent him pictures the day after the cleaning but he had them removed from yelp and replaced them with pictures of his smiling face and pictures from "happy customers". If you like only a one sided representation of a company because the owner pays yelp for special services, then this is the company for you. It's a fun read. *** They didn't accept cash on the day of our house cleaning so I had to log into their website and make payment with my credit card through their online system. First time ever having house cleaning services. I was pleased to find a company nearby and one that include natural cleaning options. The gal who arrived was wonderful and she apologised for her limited English. However, I did not detect any difficulty with her communication. She asked me to walk her through the areas that needed to be cleaned and then told me where she would begin and started to clean. The first bathroom she cleaned took quite some time and I was contacted by oasis to inform me that additional time would be needed, which was evident since it was already the 90minute mark and only the bathroom had been cleaned. Therefore the 3 hour minimum was to become 4 hour. Yes she was thorough and transformed the first bathroom. The second bathroom did not require a deep cleaning, therefore it did not take very long. Great attention to detail she even organised my shoes after vacuuming the area under which I have my shoes lined up along the wall. I was pleased with her service. There were moments when I felt the air quality became compromised as I could smell what seemed to resemble any of the following. The apartment had a pine scent, windex scent, and what I imagine to have been lysol and lastly the scent of a bleach agent. I did not anticipate this to be a concern since I was expecting natural cleaning agents to be used. Fortunately it was a nice day, because I had to open the windows and turn on the fans to circulate the air. I will have to request the brands of the supplies they use for cleaning. read more

I hired Oasis to come in and clean a few areas of our home. They sent Gabriela out and she arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and ready to go. She doesn't speak English HOWEVER I couldn't care less about that. Gabriela does not play when it comes to cleaning. When she finished the areas I requested (including two bathrooms) I was BEYOND satisfied. In fact I now have a monthly appointment with Oasis on the books to help me keep things clean around here. As a working mom that had a few medical issues it can be tough to keep up with cleaning. I am willing to pay to have Oasis come out once a month to save my sanity and time. In case you are curious I rated four stars instead of five only because this was my first time using them. For an early father's day gift I decided to get my dad a housecleaning. We've never used a housecleaner before, and we were a bit nervous because we didn't know what to expect. I should add that we had been remiss on our housekeeping (there's an understatement) and really needed some help. They got things clean that we had given up on. Case in point, we have an old mop sink by the back patio door. It was old (from the 50's I think) and had been dirty since we moved in. We had tried cleaning it and stuff just didn't come off, so we just assumed that was the way it was now. Nope. Maria and Gaby got it sparkling. Wow, if someone is trying to get your name correctly it's very likely there intention is to be polite. I just read the response from Oasis saying I made inappropriate remarks. That was definitely another person who called. Please avoid assuming that my call is that specific phone call you're describing. I don't need to make stuff up. First time client. Alex is an Angel. I requested to have the bathroom and 2 bedrooms cleaned. This included the kitchen and common areas. The plan changed when they arrived! The kitchen was in such bad shape she said she would only have time for the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and the common areas. From the look, feel, and smell of these areas before and after. Excellent, dependable, and affordable cleaning service! I've been using Oasis Natural Cleaning service since 2014. I first reached out to the owner, Rosario, when I was 9 months pregnant with my son and unable to clean my home myself. Rosario responded to my email request for a quote immediately. He asked some simple questions about the size of my home and the specific areas that I wanted cleaned, and he gave me a reasonable quote. More importantly, he was able to schedule the service very quickly, so I could ensure my house was clean before I brought my newborn baby home! I have used Oasis several times since the birth of my son. Rosario has excellent communication skills and ALWAYS responds to my emails right away, even on holidays! The cleaning team always does a great job. They are very detailed, and they clean areas I didn't even think of before. For example, in the Kitchen they clean all the cabinet doors, the top of the refrigerator, and my toaster oven. In the living room, they vacuum not only the carpet but the furniture as well, including between the couch cushions. In the bathroom, they really work miracles! The tile floor of my shower was so grimy; I could literally scratch my name into it with my fingernail (gross!). But the ladies from Oasis were able to get it clean and looking new again! I saw that another reviewer gave less stars because the cleaning staff didn't speak English, but admitted that the quality of the cleaning itself was excellent. My recommendation is, if you don't speak Spanish and you have any specific instructions, just share them in advance with the owner, Rosario. He will make sure your instructions are followed by his team! If you're like me, you depend on Yelp reviews to help you make an informed decision.
