Got prompt responses to my questions and they actually answered specifically instead of giving generic replies, which helped me feel confident I was getting the right service. My landlord had my kitchen refurbished and it collected a LARGE amount of Dust all over my living, dining room, and kitchen. I had to move everything OUT of my kitchen for the work and I had a terrible mess to clean up afterwords. So after a quick search I found Lupe's Cleaning Service on Yelp and got a quote, and scheduled time for the weekend. Right on time Araceli arrived and we got straight to work. I had some things that needed putting away that was NOT a celaning service's responisibility, and while I did that Araceli dusted and wiped down everything, vaccummed, mopped and "striaghtened up". It was a BIG help as my bad back would have forced me to spend at least 5-6 hours on just cleaning, let alone the orgainizing that I needed to do. Araceli was friendly and very professional. I would deffinently recommend giving them a try. I find that most people that get upset usually were not as clear with what they want. Just have a conversation and walk them around. My experience was a 1 time thing I needed help with but I'm sure the recurring service is just as good. Worth the money. I won't give a price, since that is very subjective to how many people are working and the level of cleaning that needs to be done. just ask for a quote, send a picture if possible for a better idea of what must be cleaned. read more

I needed someone on very short notice after moving into my new place, and I'm so glad I found Lilia from Lupe's Cleaning. The bathroom was pretty gross when I moved in, and she did an amazing job. She left everything spotless and fresh. I had booked her for two hours, and we actually finished with a little time left. The lady who came to clean our house was named Heaven--and heaven sent she is! Heaven was very thorough and methodical with her organization and cleaning methods. She came equipped with all the proper tools and agents like vacuum, detergents, cleaning rags--you name it, she got it! In the end, our kitchen, two bathrooms, living room and even our front foyer were sparkling clean. Heaven was also very courteous and professional. First time hiring a service, and possibly the last .I was charged 380.00+ for a deep cleaning. MY HOUSE WAS EMPTY .Mostly clean with exception of 2 bathrooms . It took them 3 hours to clean 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms that had nothing in them . I GOT TO THE HOUSE kitchen and diningroom not completed because they would need 1 more hour that would bring me up $500.00 + bathrooms had some issues because they said hard to reach spots Calcium build up not removed because they dont use harsh chemicals , between sink and tub not cleaned because to hard to reach light fixture not cleaned because unable to fire out how to open it . Tub stopper slimmy gunk and wasnt cleaned .I used a company because I ASSUMED these girls are experts they do this day to day they have all the tricks , they would be more meticulously detailed oriented. A waste of my money. They used my empty fridge and only appliance to store their McDonald's. Extremely disappointed. read more

From the very first booking, the person who handled the phone call explained the entire process very kindly and clearly. They also documented everything in writing, which made me feel safe and confident that this was a trustworthy company. On the day of service, the two cleaners arrived right on time and came fully equipped with professional cleaning tools. They carefully cleaned all the areas I specifically requested without missing anything. They mentioned that they might need an extra hour to finish, but since I preferred not to extend the time, they worked more efficiently and completed all the cleaning within the originally agreed time. So I typically don't write bad reviews. I try to give everyone a fair chance especially when it comes to businesses. However, I feel like this would be helpful to those who might go through the same thing in the future if not addressed. I got quoted a price to clean my house although they did a fantastic job, I was over charged and mind you if I didn't look over my credit card statements, I would have never known. So I called Lupe the owner and stated the issue on what we agreed upon and even though she did agree to give me a refund I did not appreciate an attitude over the phone especially when they made the mistake of over charging a customer. And trying to get off the phone immediately because you didn't want to handle or put up with the situation that you caused is not good customer service either. What really should have been done, is take full accountability since it's your business, apologize and move forward. read more
