I stopped by to ask about pricing for shelves so I could finish a quote for a job, some shelves where a bit smaller by 1/8", 1/4" or 1/2". Since I only needed the price to finish the quote, she took the longest measurement to make their price. She sent me the price later in the day, when I called her to make sure we where in an agreement so I could finish my quote, I asked her if that price would still be valid when I bring the exact measurements that we're going to be a bit different but smaller, so no extra material on their side. As soon as I asked her that, she started being rude saying that those things were going to be extra, when I asked why extra if the pieces where going to be cut only once a when I get her the exact size and the pieces where going to be smaller that the size that she quoted me, she went all in with the rudeness, she told me that when I buy food and ask for extra food they charged me extra. A very ridiculous argument, and when I told her that I wasn't asking for more, it was go into be even less material than what she quoted me, the only problem is that I didn't have exact measurements before I was accepted for the job, she just said that I can contact them when I have the exact measurements and then she was gonna give me a price. Totally waste of time with this lady, not sure if she is the owner's sister or what, because she acts like she is doing a favor and not like she is providing a service, she makes a normal conversation on an argument in a matter of seconds. She is clearly losing costumers to this store.

I'm well aware of the factors such as amount of use and frequency of cleaning. The bathrooms are cleaned 2x/week minimum, because that's just how I roll, and they are both well ventilated. I explained the concerns and Jack offered to replace these things for $295. Since the areas of concern are in staggered locations, it is evident that it was not done properly to start. Jack said they guarantee work for 1 year only. More than likely, nothing will go wrong in 1 year. If their work is quality, then it should be guaranteed for longer. A good business would at least visit to check customer concerns and possibly offer a one-time courtesy repair after confirming the work done should not have failed so quickly. Jack was right quick to sell some bogus glass treatment that allegedly decreases water spots and the need to clean glass so often. That was a waste of money. I would never recommend this company and did not have a positive experience.

That part of my review is subjective. What is not subjective is the following: 1) They did not arrive at the they were supposed to. 2) They walked into my house without permission (they claim they asked the lawn guys who do not speak English. 3) They gave my baby sitter a hard time when she reprimanded them for entering without permission. 4) They charge an un-Godly amount of money. 5) When I asked why the price was so high, the answer I got was that they had to clean the door in their truck. I will say that the guy John who answers the phone (and he does always answer the phone) is calm. He is just not reasonable. Here is what I think. The positive reviews seem to be from friends or relatives because they all have 2 or 3 reviews to their profile. Normal reviewers don't write like that.
