The owner answered, listened to my situation, and immediately suggested I stop by and ask for Brian, saying he'd help if he could. Wanting to avoid the hassle of a dealership, I took his advice and went in. Brian turned out to be incredibly kind and helpful. He took the time to look over the car right away, then suggested we go for a quick drive so he could better understand the issue. He even hooked up a diagnostic tool and quickly resolved the problem--all with a friendly attitude. The cost was very reasonable, and the overall experience was outstanding.
