I asked if he could install some new taillights that I had purchased and had the dealership quote me a ridiculous price. Lone Star repaired my damaged, installed my new taillights, and installed and wired a set of blackout reflector lights for less than what I was quoted for the taillights. The work was perfect! This process of getting my car fixed, that most people would consider extremely stressful, ended up being one of the easiest transactions I've done this year! My insurance had sent over the information and Brent's team was already prepared for us when we arrived. I was worried that having my five-year-old daughter with me would make the process more difficult, but the ladies at the front desk, Kori and Amber I believe, quickly showed her toys she could play with while I filled out the paperwork. The associate Chris even let her have a turn drawing on our car with the paint pen as he was marking up the damages!
