This place ruined my classic car, and did terrible work on dents by not filling in the most obvious ones. They missed several rust spots, failed to smooth out bondo and primer the complete body. They covered over the trunk key lock with bondo and it was unable to unlock the trunk. Do NOT use these buthcers to fix your car. They are RIP OFFS. You'll find out if you use them. read more

My 2002 Ford Excursion had serious rust damage around the top of the windshield frame, leaking water and howling with wind noises. Steve at Texas Auto Body did wonderful repair work. After cleaning the windshield gasket adhesive and sand blasting the frame, he used a combination of techniques to effect repair. The area above the corner of the windshield was repaired with Bondo. Several inches of heavily damaged steel in the middle of the windshield were cut out and replaced, welding the new steel into place. There was also a two-inch rusted out hole above the rear lift gate, which was welded with sheet metal and smoothed. Steve and his sons were welcoming every time I visited them during the repair. read more

6 Stars, I would give for their "Wonderful Work" on my relatives vehicle (who they know who I am talking about......Well, I called and spoke with Mr. F initially, what had happen with my relatives car and the nonsense that happened when the other persons insurance (mind you, the other vehicle was a commercial dump truck) that did not want to get the car fixed...and Mr. F...was so kind and listened to the situation and had sooooo muchhhh compassion and it was not some few minutes conversation and then, make your mind up, you want us to fix it or not....nope, Mr. F and I talked for a while and again, super supportive and I really felt, he would have my relatives best interest in really wanting to help...and you know what, He did.....It was towed to their shop, Mr. Frank, was accessible to talk with continuously on updates..etc" *I appreciate that, very much* and I neverrrrrr felt, he was trying to hurry me off the phone" Oh, when I arrived a day or few days later to provide info..etc..and talked with Mr. S.... and Mr. St..Just wonderful personalities....I appreciate them both obviously as well...Well, a short time later while it was at Texas Auto Body shop, it was fixed, and at my relatives residence, looking as if, it just came off a dealership car lot.... First I don't what kind of service they got ...who ever rated this place a 5 stars. Most likely its there family members and friends. And what I have to say don't let this place fool you by the low estimate they gave you. Here is why.. I have let them fix few minor things on my vehicle and paint it. The vehicle came back worse then they took it and no only that they damage things around and declined they did it. The job they did look like a 5 year did it. its horrible ...now I have to take it some where else not only fix the original issue but the damaged they have done and they are not taking responsibility about. ..definitely I wouldn't recommend this place. An amazing and down to earth Family owned business!! Frank and Steve were not only kind and helpful but they fixed the bulk majority of my car in just a few days!! She now runs like a dream!! Definitely the kind of people you want not only working on your car but to also support local business in the Arlington area. The owner even asked me to bring in the car a week after I picked it up just so he can buff the paint and make sure it's nice and shiny! Unfortunately, not even a week after I got my car back someone hit my car again! I brought it back and they fixed and popped out the huge dent for free!!! I greatly appreciated the generous help!!! I feel that that right there just shows how great the people at this shop are. Everyone is friendly and beyond caring! They don't care about the money, they truly care about their customers! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I recently took my car to this shop for some front in damage. Not only did they screw up on the paint job, but they also kept the same bumper on my car after the insurance company PAID them to REPLACE it. Guess since I'm a female they thought they could get over on me. This isn't all, the insurance company sent them the check, but I requested they put MY name on it as well, so I could make sure my car was fixed before they got paid. The body shop (Texas Auto Body) signed MY name on the check and cashed it, with OUT my permission. I do not want this to happen to anyone else so please do not take your car here, they seem like a trustworthy shop, but they are snakes in the grass if you ask me. I'm currently in the process of reporting them to the BBB. read more

do not go to these people they are crooks! i paid cash on my fiancé's car to have them fix some scratches in the paint and to fix her side mirror that came detached. they used spray paint on the scratches and used glue to remount her side mirror!!! a few months later her side mirror fell off and they never really fixed the scratches. the paint didn't match, it got thick and ran in a few places, and you could still see the scratches! oh and i forgot there was overspray all over her car! the owner steve and his son steve jr are a couple crooks! do not get robbed! you are a fool if you take your vehicle to these thieves. they said they would fix all the "oops" that happened and it looked worse after round # 2! read more
