They say it's bite issue and they simply want to wash their hands of their responsibilities sending me away in tears and without a plan to manage and fix the job of fixing my teeth as the group guaranteed on consultation. On my last visit 7/25 a co-owner and dentist, Christian Harteu gave me a letter sending me to see yet another specialist, leaving me with loose veneers and no one wants to be responsible for Dr. Mike's work now that he has moved his practice to Florida. He had to give me the hard news of needing my wisdom teeth removed and also needing to have my cavities filled. He was able to give me a referral to a lovely oral surgeon who took care of my wisdom tooth extraction easily and he took care of all of the cavities. He truly cares about your comfort during the experience as well and uses longer acting topical agents for numbing so your pain doesn't come back as soon as your filling is completed. He explains things well and gives you enough information to make informed decisions. He treats you with a lot of respect as well. The front desk staff is really kind as well and he makes it easy for you to get in for appointments.

As soon as you walk in, Haley will greet you and she is just so lovely! She knows all of their patients by name and even their partners (I got my husband to go there too). The hygienists are professional and thorough with their cleaning. This is a no judgement zone! I had not been to the dentist in a bit and they treated me with respect and patience. They do not usually take insurance but you can get reimbursed by your insurance after. Although this does not work for everyone, I recommend looking into it to see if this is an option because I swear this is the best dentist in MKE!

Provided them with insurance that I thought and they reassured would cover the procedures that were required to get me out of pain. Here I am now trying to schedule a routine dental exam can not even get an appointment scheduled or a payment put in place for a balance that I was reassured insurance was covered or I would've paid for it out of pocket just like I did for my cleaning and exam to see what the problem. I would just have them make sure what ever procedure needed or required the insurance company will pay and not have bad Debt added to your name or profile because in reality the insurance company don't cover the dental procedures required. Overall alright I guess just don't like hidden surprises fees or policy that have a bill added to you without you knowing. Just sad bad debt was added without communication of payment plan or other ways to take care of the bill insurance didn't take care especially if you're paying the bad debt to come to good standing.

I also have asked Ultimate Dental for a copy of my X-rays ( I want my dad to see them) and they will not send them to me. The hygienist was extremely condescending and unfortunately this turned my nose up to this office. I thought this was laughable considering others HAVE to want to know pricing before just mindlessly scheduling. I am impressed he's installing a clean air leaf filtration system that cleans the air every 8 minutes, really seems Dr. G is taking huge steps to make sure that the office is staying safe as possible. Have worked in Dental before has made me very picky about my teeth and unfortunately I had a bad fall where I had lost two and have two that need root canals, he has never made me feel bad about myself and is helping me get a realistic treatment plan together. His staff is highly qualified, most are in school themselves for Dental.
