I asked if I needed to call a tow truck, they said they could fix it good enough to drive to Madisonville to a tire shop. I get to the tire shop and they didn't tighten the lug nuts. Also informed me Walmart was wrong my wheel stud was not striped. The shop I drove to tighten my lug nuts to spec and I had my tires rotated there with no issues. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO WALMART FOR ANY SERVICE.

This was the worst place to ever take my car. I needed a new battery and they replaced it but then…read moreI had to jumpstart my car for it to go. Valvoline claimed that I needed a new starter. So I take it to the dealership and got a new starter installed and my car still wouldn't start. The dealership mechanic on my car told me that this was a bad battery and he tried charging it for five hours and it wouldn't hold a charge. So he had to jumpstart my car so I could go home. I went back to the Valvoline in Hopkinsville and asked them to replace this bad battery they gave me and they refused to do it. They insisted that it was bad wiring in my car since it's old (a 2008) but my mechanic said absolutely nothing about wiring. So I take my car to AutoZone and they ran two battery tests saying the battery is bad. Then the mechanic at AutoZone shows me that the battery wasn't even the right one for my car nor the right fit for my frame. It was bulging out the frame and the top part of the battery wasn't even connected to the hooks!!! I hate this place. Thankfully, Valvoline's customer support was very helpful and she found me multiple locations in Nashville that have my battery in stock. She's going to call the locations for me and see if they will replace my battery. Then she will tell me which location to go to. If Valvoline doesn't give me a proper service, I'm going to need a refund for this stupid battery and have the dealership fix it. Shout out to the phone customer service, but this Valvoline in Hopkinsville and can go to hell. I have to go to work and need my car running. Wish me the best of luck people.

I'll be needing tires before they're schedule to be replace. Also, not puting in proper amount of oil...checking the dipstick with you while pulling out the dipstick with the engine running. I get they don't have time for the oil to settle, they could at least offer to give a quart to add some later after a proper check. Some may take the offer, some maynot. Personally, I would cause they put in the bare minimum.

I shot Chris a text and he replied right away. He asked what kind of vehicle I had, engine size, and what type of oil I preferred. He said he would come to my house the next day at 2:00 and get it done while I was working. Chris showed up at 1:45 and was done by 2:20, he also fixed some dashboard warning lights and reset a few things for me at no charge. He's a really nice guy, on time, professional, and does a great job. Very reasonably priced, too, actually cheaper than any other place I've had my oil changed at, and without having to leave my house. I'll be using Chris moving forward and highly recommend that you do, too.

They are always fast and there is never a wait. The price is a bit cheaper than other places, but my favorite thing is that they never try to add on a sale. They'll let me know that my wiper blades are trash, but they don't even offer to sell me a new pair. Most places want me to get a new filter, new wiper blades, lots of extra.

At 12:30 I was still waiting so i ask the man at the front desk was my outback ready it was setting where the customers parked their cars, he answered it is ready and I am waiting on the paperwork. I waited 15 more minutes which was 12:45 the man at the desk said my vehicle had not been taken back. No one bothered to tell me they were running behind or tell me anything. So I waited one and a half for a simple oil change that I had an appointment for and left there with no oil change just and hour and half of my day wasted.
