We were due to leave town the next day, so we needed to get into someone ASAP. I called around town. Unfortunately the pediatric dentist wasn't open and the first people to get an appointment for my son was Lapinski Dental. We saw Dr. Robert that morning. My son is special needs and has a lot of anxiety. He had a tooth infection and needed to be numbed. When my son saw that needle he became very scared and started to cry. That sent Dr. Robert into a tailspin and he began yelling at my son. He yelled "stop crying right now!" "You did this to yourself! I didn't do it! I should be the one crying!" He then threatened to make me leave the room if he didn't stop crying. I guess Dr. Robert thought that would work, but it only made my already terrified son cry harder. I felt awful for him. We felt thoroughly humiliated and I just wanted to apologize profusely to my son for making him see that man. The good news is that Dr. Robert did temporarily fix my son's tooth until we could get into the pediatric dentist for a permanent fix. It was just a really awful experience getting there.

The doctors were Indian American dentist from India I have had my share of racism in this country as a black female but this here was just so disgusting they had me wanting in the lobby for an hour and wouldnot call me or pay me any attention they just ignored me most of the time. They would call or pick Caucasians or Latinos or even there own Asian race. Please who ever reads this please don't go here if you are afican american black female or male. I did not want XRays though since i'd been to 3 different dentists in the last year (inquiring about a fix for a chipped front tooth as well as routine cleanings and all did Xrays, how much exposure does a person need in a year!) Anyway, I just never liked any of the offices I'd been to. (You just get a vibe on people right?) But here it was just warm and welcoming and everyone is so pleasant! The Dr also feels confident in fixing the chip!! Highly recommend!

the entire staff was extremely friendly and very nice. heather tried her best to help me. however,…read moredr leone was the worst person (not only as a dentist) but the worst person i have ever dealt with. as soon as i was inside the office the first this she said was "wow you havent been here in a long time... its going to be an expensive day for you." which completely set the tone off.. fine..afterwards i asked if we can proceed with the cleaning another day and instead start the root canal process because i was in so much pain and her response was literally "well then im going to have to charge you a cancellation fee. to also then tell me "your not going to tell me how to do my job" finally she walks out and goes outside by the office where everyone was gathered and as im walking out her response is "oh so we are not good enouyh for you?" in front of the entire staff (check cameras and ask around if im lying) i was being extremely nice and patient the entire time but this is when i knew i had to find a new dentist. dr leone you are the worst. you are money hungry. i didnt get anything done that day but you still went ahead and charged my insurance. you are a scam and your staff looked extremely annoyed to work with you. you want to do whatever youuu want without the empathy of others and all you kept talking about was money. this doctor literally walked in with her little christian dior sweater and with so much sass. i will never step into wall street dentist ever again. now i have to call my insurance to tell them about my experience and how i got charged to sit in a chair and felt pressured to do a cleaning like if it was mandatory. to anyone reading this... i ended going to lotus smiles at 201 marin blvd in jersey city nj and was treated soooooo much better. the doctor explained everything with detail and treated my needs with care. lotus smiles prioritized all my concerns and was the best experience a patient can have.
