He came over made the assessment and placed and set traps with a camera so they knew when they captured the squirrels. After catching 2 squirrels and putting stronger wire over the entry point. Then placed another trap just in case there might have been another way in. But no more issues with the squirrels. I hope I don't have any more wildlife or other pests but if I do, I would definitely go back with Pestify. And you cannot miss their truck!

Sealed the likely entrance, built trap boxes ( YouTube... ) and used various baits. Rats are extremely smart and fast. He'd get the food but not caught. After a a few weeks I gave in and searched for an exterinator. The reviews about Joe prompted me to get in touch. The reviews describe him perfectly ! He came the next day. We spent almost 2 hours going around the house inspecting for evidence of entry points, nests, activity as well as getting to know each other. He is truly a nice guy who knows his craft ! Joe seemed impressed by my approach. Thought, based on what he saw, that there might only be the one and didn't see any obvious additional enrty points. He suggested a few new baits and traps and we decided to stay in touch before moving to poison. He refused payment for his time and advice. He promptly replied to my status texts over the next few days. Nobody caught, no success... until I got him ! Sent Joe pictures. Recieved a congratulations reply ! Now going to keep monitoring for a few weeks, traps set. Maybe my problem is solved. Fingers crossed my visitor didn't have friends and family. If I could give zero stars, I would. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere…read more My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. We purchased a package of 10 treatments and were charged in full upfront. During the first year, they only performed 2 treatments, leaving 8 unused. We were told the remaining treatments would carry over into the following season. When the new season started, we spent over two months calling and being promised that service was scheduled for the following week. Week after week, no one showed up. At the same time, despite still having multiple prepaid treatments remaining on our account, the company started charging our credit card again. Whenever we managed to reach someone, we were assured that the issue would be corrected the charges continued. Customer service is extremely difficult to reach, and there never seems to be anyone willing or able to take responsibility. To make matters worse, the treatments that were performed did not noticeably reduce the mosquito problem. This company is always punctual when it comes to charging your credit card, but not when it comes to providing the "service" you paid for. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this business. Very disappointing experience.
