Last year, I paid JES Foundation Repair $22,000 for their top-of-the-line crawlspace encapsulation and joist stabilization to ensure my newly purchased home was structurally sound. The inspector explicitly told me everything else was perfect and to ignore any future inspectors who suggested I needed more work. Fast forward to last week: a different JES inspector came out and found a foundation sag that they completely missed last year--and they handed me a bill for thousands more to fix it. When I tried to contact local management to resolve this clear oversight, they avoided my calls and have ignored my formal emails. Please be incredibly careful using this company, especially my fellow seniors. They do not stand behind their work once they have your money.
