This morning the spring (original piece of door) was broken not allowing us to open our door to retrieve our vehicles and the emergency latch also wasn't working. We called Overhead as soon as they opened and the same gentleman who had installed our opener came right out and investigated our situation. He got our door open and once he told us what he would need to do and we gave him the thumbs up, he moved fast! Overhead Doors treated us like we were their only customer and made a stressful situation disappear. The most amazing part to me as a Gen-Xer is the installer is a 20 year old bright, polite, intelligent young man who I would let work on my garage door any day. As a mother of a 19 and an 18 year old, it's awesome to see a company take those basic soft skills and teach a wonderful trade to someone like this guy. I'm a fan now, Overhead Doors! Great job all the way around!!!
